Mont an xy table to the bed then Mont your rotary to the xy table to get it set in line with the laser. Hope that helps
++++++Alex you mentioned at the start about the lset not being centred to the rotary I adjusted my galvo to line up centred with my rotary when it was bolted to the bed.

I have a logo and I need to wrap text using the rotary bit the text is not continuous but has to be tied up to the part features I am working on.
How can I get a good finish when I need to use rotary mark and rotary text as trying to use it all under rotary mark gives inconsistent finish
Is there a function in ezcad where like a flat ring text you can dictate where text goes by inputting the circular degree ? I need this but applied to rotary so I can position the logo and the text in the correct place
Can I config my machine with the rotary on the x axis? We will use our fiber laser for inside engraving of rings and hate the idea of working vertical with our projekts all the time.
Hello Alex, I got a bit concerned when you guys warned about Cloudray fiber lasers just after I placed an order for a 50w JPT with a rotary setup.
Have I messed up and try to cancel the order?

Most of the time they're fine but when there have been issues since I made that recommendation the customer service has been sub par. The risk is low but the stakes are high.
@@LaserEverything Thank you, not sure if I can cancel the order, so far they have been putting up delivery, (the ad said " plenty in stock" and "3-7 days to Sweden") due to lockdown so I am a bit worried.
Living in Sweden there is few options but to import..

I'm sure it will be fine. If something is wrong we'll be able to help you fix all but the most severe problems and even then we can tell you what needs to be replaced usually. Just gotta get your hands on it!
Hello frnd i am having issue my rotary settings all are ok, but my rotary is only moving anti clock wise only not moving clockwise, it like when i put f1 it doea not move and after mark it does not go back to position, is thier any cable problem?
Which rotary is used for the rings? Is this what you would recommend?
this one is the one that came packaged with the EM-Smart 2R laser but any rotary will do. Chuck rotaries are all more or less the same (unlike roller rotaries) so as long as it's wiring is compatible with your system it's likely fine.
I just watched watched further and realised you have the rotary in front and not to the side
Ah yes I do for the mactron, with my workspace rotated 90 degrees to reproduce the environment as if it were head on
