I deal every day with manic depression. Sometimes my episodes are so bad I lose track of time and the days of the week. When I listened to this song for the first time it brought tears to my eyes. It reminded me that my depression DOES NOT control me. That it DOES NOT define me. That no matter what, I’ll make it out on the other side.
