Well my afternoon attempting to research available sun shade products for my project kind of went a different direction than I expected... but it was worth it.
I'm an architecture student and I must say that architects are highly over-rated. They think like they are something out of the world. Most famous are architects are not renowned as much because of the design but rather more because of their philosophy and use of fancy words to describe their work.
About 95% of the time the contractor wins by default because the architect never even gets hired. (I don't know the exact percentage but its very high.)
Architect - gets paid the same regardless of materials used and spatial layout of building Contractor - makes more when less time is spent on your job and shittier materials are used. Who do you trust?
Architects usually are paid a fee based on the overall cost of the project. The bigger the final cost, the more he gets paid. Over budget? No problem! He still gets paid like a hero even though it was probably his design that put it over budget. Contractors can usually be trusted to bring a well-planned project in on budget if it's a fixed price contract and there are no delays. But you start making changes to the plans and all bets are off.

I'd say nice video but this isn't very original. I could very easily be wrong but from what I know, every aspect of this video was stolen from Epic Rap Battles of History. Even the outro " Who Won?...." That was nearly word for word. Again I could be wrong and if I am, someone tell me but I think this is unoriginal stolen ideas.
