I thought it would’ve came charged but I was wrong or maybe it did and it just died while traveling over to the house. 😂
My a6100 (yes I know much lower end camera) was also dead as a doornail when it came. Must be Sony standard practice, though from what I know about battery chemistry, it'd be better to be packed with 50% charge.@@timwiththekicks
