      Not like that.all can do.easy way of reducing fat. just drink hot water early morning. Drink lot of water based on ur weight.eat only healthy foods.do have ur dinner b4 6pm.and go 4r walking 1hr a day.which gave me super results within a month.

    I could read a lot of comments stating that her transformation is just because she is rich and needs more money. Losing weight or gaining shape needs more mental preparation and a steady consistent mindset. Money is secondary. I have personally lost 23kgs in spite of thyroid post delivery and I belong to middle-class. Good motivation Alya. Feel young and we will be young.

    Nothing offensive here. That's her job, she needs to look slim and health for her job. So did all the diet and exercises inspite of C section. If you are an athlete you also need to do the same after delivery. Even we middle class people also can try to concentrate on food and little exercises to reduce weight.

      Correct sistr, but u can plan and manage time for routine workouts. I am a mom of 1 yr baby. I sleep 6 or 7 hrs at nyt sometimes 1 hr at noon. Bt I have my workout schedule. Just try for a week soatr. Then u ll surely set for that time management. Also get confidence.

    I lost 10 kg within one month. I done only walking. Walking is the best and safe exercise to do. Eat earlier before 8 pm and have breakfast at 9 am . I go walking whenever i have time

      Even m a housewife..same issues..but I tried what I can, food control and walk within house as I can't use terrace. It's been 4 months, lost 7kgs.
      So v can try what v can do..don't compare with others..it's all about our mindset🙏

    I could see many ppl saying that their household work is enough to occupy them. Actually namma oorla irukaradhu kuduthu vetchurukanum. Women in US have no help but still they don’t complain and get themself worked out. My aunt is a CEO of a company but still she does all the household work and maintain the company and spend in workouts.

    I am in middle class but I reduced by household work and simple exercise in my home reduce 15 kg in body shape and reduced my tummy... So no need of money vessel washing , cleaning , washing clothes.. Etc..

    New mother's pls don't take any risk.. just wait patiently until ur baby turns 1 yr ..then start ur workout or diet watever..and feed breastmilk alone till 6 months then continue with food supplements..

And i dont have a perfect shape but i am a mother and happy about my motherhood. This is reality. Flim artist rely on their beauty for their living so normal people pls don't follow this. Stay happy with what you are. Every individual gene is different.

      Your obviously correct Madam , i am mother for two kids 3 yr old boy and 1 yr old daughter.. both delivery are c section , no one bother about our health... before marriage i was perfectly lean and looking beautiful but now i am 88 kg .. my body shape is not perfect but all are advising to lose weight even my husband but i cant i am doing all the work in my house but still same. I am really bothered about my look but after reading your comments i am happy about my look , i dont want to bother for any other people advise including husband... after delivery my look is completely changed so my husband dont love me like before but i dont want to worry about other i am happy how i am now , these people dont take any stress operation is a big thing in the life , till now i am feeling back pain but no one bother abt it but all will get chance to advice me......

But it took 6 months..and adhaan healthy..just 1 month la panradhulaam..adhum avanga carb suthama eduthukala..it is dangerous..avanga normal diet lu replace aana..seekram.weight podum..so it takes time..eat healthy..time aanalum paravala..for long lasting results

      You are Exactly right. Alya was in a urge to join the vijay tv project. So she reduced 10 kg in 1 month . Normal people shld not follow this fully. We can take some tips from her and do exercise and food.
