I just bought a Red Texas Rangers hat fitted at 7 1/4. It fits a little to big and the 7 1/8 fit to snug and the way the crown was made on this hat it makes me look like Mario Bros. Lol or like a Bakery Hat. Any tips on this ? Can u make a video addressing this .
On the bigger one. Try this trick or foam tape along the inside of the sweat band against the buckram. On the smaller one that’s to tight buy a hat stretcher, stretch it and leave it over night.
To show how big his hat were in the beginning, and then from to end he put the paper inside the back of his hat which is paper and then when he put it back it made it look exact size to his head to make it fitted!

How do you know what size cap to buy when you’re going to curve the peak?
What i do is you can put in on your head and curve the brim a bit and see it it fits good
just go true to size, but if you want a really snug fit, go a size lower

What do I do if I got a fitted that is not my size ?
Return it if it's 2 sizes above or below. If it's 1 size too big, put some foam tape under sweatband. If it's 1 size too small, buy a hat jack
hat stretcher will work, and some people put the hat on a vice and pop that seam (I don't recommend this tho!!!)
