numb feet for past two years , some serious peripheral neuralgia damage but these vids are slowly helping me heal. When a part of my body is sick or damaged (in this case my feet) I treat that part as a separate entity. For about half an hour each evening I stroke it and say comforting words to it. I’m trying this for the first time. I have terrible peripheral neuropathy in my feet, and some even in my hands. Almost right away, perhaps five minutes after listening to this, my feet started feeling better. Now perhaps 20 minutes in, the pain is 70-80 percent better. I will listen to this daily. While I work. Hoping for the best.

I bieve thru my experiences Alpha waves and TM has opened my life to meaningful sound therapy. It's not new. Remember there is nothing new under the sun..our creator gave these talents for us to utilize. It's ancient wisdom from the ancient seers. It'smea t to be a healing source of sounds. I don't have peripheral nerve damage, however I suffer from burning foot syndrome where my feet become so unbearably hot at night that I can't sleep. I hope everyone who is suffering with actual neuropathy can heal from their pain
It can be caused by bacteria called bartonella. Its typical symptom
That sure sounds like peripheral nerve damage. Mine was initially caused by B12 deficiency (which was caused by chronic diarrhea for years). It can be caused from B6 deficiency also. All the B vitamins are nerve vitamins. It can also be caused by hypothyroidism. So there are many things that can damage the nerves.

When I tried this for the first time, it was amazing. I was actually able to sleep through the whole night. It’s been 6 weeks of insomnia for me and this actually worked. I started studying sound frequencies for healing after surgery in Sept last year. Some recordings work-at-home don't. This one is the most effective I have found against Peripheral Neuropathy. I have researched about this subject and some of the causes may be heavy metals, look for the heavy metal detox book... also make sure you do not carry any trauma, many times the hidden traumas in the unconscious generate diseases, for that meditate and use self-hypnosis so that the trauma comes out... The deep ache in my lower legs from peripheral neuropathy has slowly melted away and in it's place there's a pleasant tingy vibration. The great thing is that I'm only using one bar speaker to listen. You don't need earphones for binaural beats to work strongly.

i am a recovering alcoholic. i was fine 3 month ago and then suddenly my legs started burning and within a week my body even some of my face now my left hand and some of the right. im only 30 and was on top of the world. my mom brought me a shower chair and a cane and ive been missing work. crying and yelling everyday. as soome as the sun goes down im in agony even more. ive been having panic attacks thinking im dying and ill never walk right or live right again. i was literally ontop of a mountain 3 months ago and now seems like life is just over. hit the bottle again even harder because this came on after on after my dad suddenly passed. i know this is long but ive been trying everything.. i could cry right now. like another comment said 5 minutes in and im tingling? but not like nuero. like buzzing? idk im praying so so hard. for myself and the rest of you to heal!

I am very close to the end of this amazing music n all the pain n numbness is gone .But I have a torn ligament at my arch for almost 30 years now on the same left foot, it's still numb there. I was having tingling sensation in my big toe and after listening to this video. I have noticed it is not as sensitive. How long do I need to listen for long term results?
my hands are tingling. this is exciting. i have damage to my whole body, having to wear ortho boots now, and my hands hurt so bad i can barely type at times. So sensitive to emgs that holding the mouse hurts my hand as though there is intense electrical pressure coming into my hand. Sure hope this helps. Thank you!
You might want to read about and maybe try alpha-lipoic acid. Between post-chemo and rads, and fibro-there is a significant subgroup of fibro patients who have that “electrical” fun and some use GAB-A as well. I know well what you mean by sensitivity to EMFs.

Everyday my feet burn and hurt when i stand on them i also feel itching and pin pricks from head to toe.i found this when i was having this pain and also struggling with energy work around the yard.i listened and the pain went away in my feet and i also felt more energy and inflammation left my joints.so yea this great for me.
