I’m kind of a novice on the investigative portion of plane crashes . I’ve never seen one on the actual cabin door . But I will say that the cargo door has blown out twice on a 737 . It caused mayhem , and sucked out a flight attendant . The door claimed to be locked , but they would soon realize that the tumblers inside were not fully aligned . During takeoff , the mechanism would open up again , causing the door to fly off . They never really resolved the issue until it happened again . I guess the only good thing is, is that I have yet to see it happen on a cabin one .

I used to work as crew on a320. That is NOT how you should close the door, hence why she struggled so much. Quite embarrassing seeing as she’s probably the manager/purser..

We were trained for more things that people ... not just pointing to the doors ..we learned how to turning a 50 man dinghy over into the sea if it inflated upside down.. open the slides and all would be done under pressure in a real event ..I loved my flying days Excel Airways ..xx❤
