Myself and daughter have curly hair you should try the brand whole blend’s conditioner I use the kids curly hair Shea moisture shampoo but I use the whole blends shampoo it leaves my daughters hair so soft you don’t even have to detangle after showering but I still love to put leave in conditioner in her hair for extra moisture. It’s also super affordable at target and Walmart.

I give my older daughter magnesium here and there instead of melatonin because the melatonin gave her nightmares.

Wow melatonin 😮. It’s not allowed where we live studies have proven that it causes depression . The children are super cute 🥰.

I use melatonin only for traveling out of the country. like on a flight, or to help with jet lag when we first arrive. not every night. I have those, and I cut the gummy in half and it knocks my 4 year old out. melatonin every night though ? that's a bit much. Loved the video though, very cute.
