I do appreciate this review. One thing I am concerned about, I wonder if you might have some thoughts on. I don't like that a full size spare does not come with the Q8 or SQ8. Apparently you get one of those small, temp spares with maybe a 45 mile range, or if you upgrade the sound system, you just get that spray in goo, which from what I can tell will give a longer range to flat tire, a lot longer depending on which product you use, but maybe it messes the tire up and makes a simple repair if the leak is small enough no longer an option. I just don't want to get a flat and be so far away from someone who can repair or replace the tires that one or both of these options are insufficient or problematic. One person I know actually called in a flatbed and had his Audi driven somewhere long distance, so concerned was he about damaging the all wheel drive car by driving with one of the above options too long a distance. I'd much prefer a full size spare, but since I can't, I would apparently be forced to use one of the above, and would lean towards the spray goo for the much further distance after getting the flat and using it, but I just don't know enough about them. I've actually considered just not getting an Audi Q8 or SQ8 due to this issue, but want to learn more before making such a decision, for I really love them. Can you shed some insight into this issue? On a side note, living in mountainy ski country as I do, with its often rougher roads, I do wish I could get the fully loaded Prestige with thicker rubber 20" wheels, even the 21"rs, instead of the 22's. No way would I get the 23's.
Worth remembering that those tyre repair kits won't always work depending on where the puncture is on the tyre. Sadly full-size spares are dying out now as they add to the car's weight and therefore increase emissions.
I think you hate Audi!!! I think Audi makes good changes with this car....and if you want more comfort you can put 21 wheels! If you want compromise you put 22, it looks better
Are you reviewing this with air suspension? That would make a big difference

We don't hate Audi! But Audi could have done more to change and update this car.
You can turn off haptic feedback and use with normal touch behaviour.
Yes, you can. Good point.
