  • Let's break a little sweat with this upper body and abs workout! Welcome to PRIME's 40-minute Arms and Abs session today! This routine is designed to target your back muscles and bicep muscles while getting your heart rate up ensuring a well-rounded training session.     Today, we're diving into the power of supersets! Each circuit will include two strength exercises and a cardio exercise so make sure you are ready to work your muscles and heart rate throughout our time together.     Prime Day 14 Crushed!!! I felt super challenged in the new standing ab moves especially with the different plains of motion than we usually work them in. It really made have to focus to keep my form good and the proper muscles engaged! Happy Flex Friday y’all!!! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼🔥🔥🔥🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🥵🥵🥵

    So here I was thinking, let’s be ambitious for these standing twists and go up to your 25 lb weights, you’ll probably have to drop down, but go ahead and try it….and guess who crushed it!
