Todd Fisher painted the truck at his home shop ,he painted at a custom shop during the day , R.A.W. -Rhodes Auto Works built the truck ,1st SEMA build out of that shop

You're right, the way he sings with or without autotune and the way he talks it sounds the same to me. Usher was just jealous because T-Pain was almost on every featuring back then early 2000's with Akon, Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, Bow Wow, Dj Khaled, Rick Ross, Baby Bash, you name it all of them were popular songs.
