Manchester 3-1 Arsenal at Old Trafford. Tony & Kieron O'Neill give their match reaction on Erik Ten Hag's win against Arsenal. A debut goal from Antony gave Manchester United the lead going into half time. Erik Ten Hag will be pleased with his latest singing Antony with a big expectation that Antony will prove to be a great signing for Man Utd. Arsenal replied through Saka but Manchester United replied with a brace by Marcus Rashford. We're all still questioning Ten Hag's decisions, he's consistently proving us wrong with his answers.

The best decision he made was to drop Maguire. From 3 goals allowed per game to half a goal allowed per game.
Yes, he's put a squad together where every player REALLY has to fight for his place - also, after the Brentford disaster he had them all training on a Sunday and laying down the law as per km covered and intensity - it's not perfect yet but it's becoming difficult to beat us - and then the back 4 with solid centre back pairing with Varane and Martinez is getting us fans really, really excited - what a CB pairing - I believe Casemiro will become our most important player just in front of the back 4 so that Fernandes and Eriksen can open up defenses because of the defensive solidity - good times are coming again...

Rashford has been one of the best players since the Liverpool game no doubt providing goals and assist. Mctominay has been a rock in the centre of the park as well, perfectly complimenting the guile and creativity of Bruno and Erikson. TODAY was another great team performance with resiliency, fluidity and swagger which I believe is down to players understanding their roles in all phases of the game.

I was impressed to see us hold firm when we went to 1-1. We kept our heads up and maintained our form and kept going. That was the old MUFC. So happy to see that we aren't as brittle as the modern-day snowflakes!

It's very amazing to watch the improvements made by Mctominey. I really wonder what could be the reason for his mediocre performance in the past. Was Mctominey taking it easy in the past games and suddenly pulling up his socks realizing his place was in jeopardy. After watching Mctominey yesterday I personally feel he can further improve his game. Well, I was never Maguire's and Mctominey's fan. But for United's sake I wish Mctominey best of luck for his overall success.

Another solid performance against a really good arsenal team. Again I'm loving Martinez at the back he's a proper terrier and he's leading by example. Antony looks a real threat going forward and took his goal well looking forward to watching him terrorising defenses. Eriksen and Bruno class again and love seeing Rashford banging them in. It's funny how at first when Mourinho choose Scott McTominay everyone was praising him then last season it was get him out and know they are saying you can't leave him out . Me personally he won't be a superstar but he is a solid 6 he would end up doing all the dirty work.

People don't rate Rashford but his pace is just terrifying which makes defenses look their shoulders for 90 min even if he does nothing whole game which makes high line pressing teams defenders stay a little bit back and worried which makes easier for us to defend overall. That's very good to have in the team in tactical point of view. I think that's the main reason ETH loves to have Rashford in the team.
What I like most about Anthony aside from his confidence and skills is the fact that he was really aggressive in the pressing and really made an effort to track and make tackles 👌

I think we seen glimpses of this under Ole, but there was no plan to improve. This is the bare minimum for ETH, it was the maximum Ole could achieve. I love how ETH talks about how we can improve bit by bit, push up the pitch and eventually control games.

I know Rashford scored twice and made an assist but he looks clueless sometimes in where he should be and his awareness of his teammates around him is poor. He also doesn't press the defenders but fair play, he did his job. I hear ya, Tony, i have my doubts about him leading the line too..
