Jason P. Wells CEO of CenterPoint Energy made *$7 MILLION* JUST IN 2023. This CEO and company are making record profits by doing _the absolute _*_least_* for their consumers who depend on them for electricity in 90+ temperatures. This is BS!

Governor Abbott has been unsuccessful in expediting matters. Like who can give these poor people some relief!
Abbott isn't doing anything for Houston, TX or Harris County because they vote Democrat. CenterPoint isn't going to move any faster because the Houston City Council voted not give them the money they were requesting to hike up rates, so they are imposing higher rates and price increases on Houston residents on their individual bills. This is about politics and which party you support in these Republican led states, Gov. Abbott, Dan Patrick, and Ted Cruz doesn't do anything for areas in Texas that vote primarily for the Democratic Party.

Praying for these people and everyone else without electricity. I have neighbors who are still waiitng for their electricity like so many are. The Governor and Centerpoint need to answer for this. Who goes overseas when a storm is about to hit when you are supposed to be our leader here in Texas? Why didn't they hold Centerpoint accountable for the past storms when we lost electricity. It's absolutely unacceptable not to have a solid recovery plan.
So they never called anyone to take her to the hospital! I blame the family
