I’m having problems downloading I have 2019 Kia Stinger
Got it loaded, gave all permissions that I cant understand it needing. But- i can get sound of any youtube, listening to your video through the 2023 Ram 12" screen, but no video. Im on a s24, so its modern. Would have been nice. Thanks for the video. My guess is RAMs UCONNECT 5 is blocking it. It won't allow Google or Waze maps full screen but Apple Carplay can.
I've been trying to figure out how to use CZcams on android auto. Thank you for this instructions. I got it installed. I don't see the search bar though in carstream.
Update: I got the search bar to show up.
Type on the search icon or use the google mic at the top of the screen
I don't know about this one, Huck. It sounds good, but that's why my phone is the Fold 3 and my GMC is WiFi capable.

Any way to get netflix/hulu/mirror phone without the $300 dongles? Those other apps wont let me sign in but youtube works no problem.

All this is done through your phone that connects through your Android auto now full wireless so far is not plugging up your smartphone that's a different story

Is there a way to play CZcams audio in the background while google map is on the screen? And I'm not talking about CZcams music app.

Anything with the word "downloader "in it. Usually got a touch of malware with it too

It wouldnt let me install carstream and now aaad says i have no downloads and have to wait a month

@@CadillacDriven I did everything in the video but it seems like the current version of android auto blocks it from working. I've tried to rollback AA to a older version but it still doesn't work. Any recommendations or other work around you might know of?
Good video but this will only work with older android auto versions not the new update , I have a fold 3 android 12

I downloaded carstream and nothing else popped up. Now wen I try to click on it again and it wont let me download it again smh

They should pop up on your Android auto screen so what I do is once I download it I'll go ahead and restart Android auto and then it'll come back up give that a try

I believe so I don't have an Apple phone so I wouldn't truly know
It does allow you to sign into your CZcams just gave to do it threw the car..fermato
When you get a chance download carstream in the same app that one allows you to put your CZcams information in. If you didn't get to pro version you will have to download that one my 30 days is coming up. Don't forget to call the car screen looking app you will see it.

No you don't need Wi-Fi because everything is coming from your phone and it ties into Android Auto

Why doesn't anyone truely write how bad Android auto is... The Daily issues in..... Wireless connecting, volume, assistant/s taking over each other, Google's voice command issues. The list of issues just keeps on going....
The Android auto is just garbage.... If it only worked right it would be terrific but Google developers don't bother fixing anything they just keep updating the system with new features that often don't work anyway as they should.
The Android 12 disclaimer is true it doesn't work with Android 12. The apps don't work after the 12 update.

@@CadillacDriven the problem is.... you now have to downgrade Android Auto.. and after you do that and plug in your phone... it auto updated back to the newest verion....no matter what you do to disable it from updating... its so frustrating

Got it, uconnect 5, and android play can't get a full screen for google or waze nav. And the split screen sucks fir nav. Now they allow that terrible tomtom nav on, had to be the cheapest vendor, and that is full screen. But
