  • In this video we will countdown the top ten PQQ (pyrroloquinolone quinone) containing foods to help you make better choices to your diet to optimise your mitochondrial health.
Mitochondria are the powerhouses of the cells responsible for energy generation so it is important to keep them healthy. PQQ can keep your mitochondria healthy by increasing their production by initiating a process of mitogenesis and by acting as a powerful antioxidant.
PQQ (pyrroloquinoline quinone) is an enzyme cofactor, and the only nutrient known to facilitate the growth of new mitochondria in your brain cells.
PQQ can also help with brain fog through mitogenesis since more energy in your brain cells means quicker thinking and sharper focus and less mental fatigue.
PQQ stimulates the growth of new neurons through the promotion of nerve growth factor (NGF) in brain cells. Resulting in improved memory, cognition and learning.
PQQ is used in all our cells, we like to call the intergalactic vitamin but it hasn't been officially give the title of vitamin....yet. We think it should!
So to help with overall fatigue and brain it is recommended to take 20mg of PQQ daily.

Can you point me to your source info:,ChatGPT gives this: Cacao powder typically contains very low levels of PQQ, and specific data on its PQQ content is limited. It's estimated to contain less than 1 nanogram (ng) per gram, so the amount in 100 grams of cacao powder would also be very low, likely less than 1 ng.

free radicals are not inherently bad. cells make use of them as a means of communication for example and in return to increase resilience. i dont know what your background is, but it is not cellular bilogy, because, that is already common knowledge.
