    Great job on the review, specially doing it with different foam builds. I am about to pull the trigger on this keyboard and that really helped out. I hope my stabs come as well tuned and yours.

    hello there, may I ask if on the soundtest #2, you only removed the ixpe on the pcb and the pet film? thankss

    • @keebdude
      @keebdude  Před 17 dny

      Hi! I removed IXPE, PET and the thicker case foam piece. As there is one thin, and one thicker piece of case foam.

    • @keebdude

      I would go for the Lucky65, a much higher quality board for not that much of a price bump

    Anyone know why both the space bar and caps lock switch must be installed 180 degrees out from the others?

    • @yourhat1000
      @yourhat1000 Před 16 dny

      It's because they have split spacebar, iso enter and stepped capslock. And to achieve that some sockets in the PCB must be north facing for it to fit.

  • @bungaythoughts
    @bungaythoughts Před 2 měsíci +1

    i have problem opening the board since it doesn't have a tool to open the screws. can you share what kind of tools did you use? I think it is not an allen wrench size. Thanks!

    • @keebdude
      @keebdude  Před 2 měsíci

      It uses hex-screws, so if I were you, I would buy a set of "hex allen wrenches". Send me a dm on instagram @keebdude, and I'll show you the tool I use :)

    Did you have to invert your space bar in order to get it to move freely without hanging up? I can't seem to find a different solution for this.

    I'll share some facts about this keyboard as not everyone may be aware of. I ordered 2 units. 1st unit didn't want to connect 2.4gHz and keys didn't want to change in software. In the 2nd it works, however! 2.4.gHz is completely useless as it's not responsive and has massive delay! Not for gamers then! And the total red flag for me is you can't change the FN key layout in the software. Yes it's beautiful keyboard that feels and looks premium, but I have to take aways few points for not being practical.
