This difficult Trackmania Challenge was finally finished

- The offical training campaign has been released with the release of the actual campaign on 1st of July 2020. Only around two weeks after that people started playing the campaign in reverse which means that they took the original maps and swapped the start and the finish block which gave the campaign a whole new sight.
Lately I decided to play it myself a managed to finish 23/25 maps, basically all the maps that has been finished to that point. The other two were thought to be impossible until one of my viewers casually told me that he managed to validate them.
So here is the story of me finishing up the remaining tracks of this campaign with the author medals!

Training 7 should be altered. In the original reverse in TMNF A12 had only one start and 1 finish. They did not make the other 3 finishes stay, just took them away.

Actually even kinda weird why the second one was considered impossible, because bounces like this (sometimes droven backwards against the wall) are a often used tactic in the reverse/cpless etc. challenges. Anyway atleast it was done!

Well, we built these maps in the first few weeks of the game, and not a lot of players bothered with the modified Training maps

Don't be sad... I have missed the gold medal on so many tracks by like 0.010 seconds. One time I was exactly 0.001 seconds behind the 5th best player in my country on one track...
About Training - 07 : I wouldn't count this one as valid and wouldn't include it in my campaign because my (personal) rule for these Reverse was to use the finish used by the WR on the normal map, which isn't the case here.
The other one is pretty cool though!

I just used the campaign that is in the Altered Nadeo club, there they decided to choose the other finish as the start :D
well it was me who validated it and since there was a track from original creators that reversed 1 fin and start and kept other finishes i just went for it since it was only solution how to finish it (well there is dragons trick but gl with that), otherwise i also prefer the rule you use xd
@@damel1113 I mean, it's also a finish you can take on normal map, it's not like a scenery finish, so I guess it's pretty much fine. And now that I think of it, the current WR now uses the higher finish too, so I guess this make the whole conversation academic now :p
My main motivation for this rule was that, when I picked up the Reverse from JaV to transpose it to TMU and TM2, some maps, most notably in Valley, had additional scenery finishes.

Do you have to have club access to play those club tracks, or just when playing online or what? I have standard access and it seems weird and I don't understand it.
You can still play the campaigns by going to the Solo tab and search for them manually, in this case "Training Reverse" :)

why are you playing this game in stretched res, what's the point?
Sorry for the noob question, but if any of the maps were impossible to finish, would it be impossible to publish the whole campaign because some tracks would not be validated by the campaign author? And all the routes and tricks had to be discovered secretly before making it all public?
you can set a specific author time with Openplanet
As mentioned above it's possible to set author times without actually driving them :D
why were you able to skip the checkpoint? was it a fake or does the new trackmania not force ring checkpoints?

Why do you play Trackmania with a steering wheel. You don't need anything else than a gamepad or a keyboard and mouse. This is not a simulation game
