Texture of Memories is what my Fu Xuan uses, and she's legitimately indestructible. Landau's choice is a good lightcone, but There's a sneaky benefit that Fu Xuan gives the team that Landau's choice nerfs: when Fu Xuan is on your team, when your main DPS gets attacked, they take almost none of the damage... but they get all of the energy for being attacked. It's effectively DPS you're gaining while also not risking their safety, it's incredible! So increasing her aggro really isn't that great, in my opinion. Meanwhile, the Texture of Memories shield is completely insane: it adds a WILD amount of health to Fu Xuan, making her unkillable even against the largest teamwide nukes in the game, like Yanquing.
Theres not much difference on Lundao and Texture so IMO its not worth it because it is more useful to buy those just for pulls so you can build 300 pull on regular banner and get Bronya. IMO those 5 star lightcones is a trap or just a 4star lightcone in disguise because theres always 4 star gacha lightcone that are better than them.

Having a shield and effect res is a good tradeoff for her Signa LC if you dont have it.. Sure your team doesnt regen every battle or no HP increase or energy recharge but damn ToM is a good ass replacement and its also easy to grind you are smart enough with your Herta shop... I use ToM on my sub for FX and she is tanking all hits without issue because of the shield and dmg reduction it gives and she doesnt even flinch when CC'ed multiple times @@tidf-wh1zg
@@tidf-wh1zgThe Hunt Lc and Pres lc in Herta's store are good plus you get the extra hp/atk/def stats. Fu Xuan is there to tank damage that your team takes so aggroing the enemies kinda diminishes her value if she is the only being attacked
Memories will be better because it will go to S5, making it better than the gacha LCs since most people will never get them S5, in my case I don't even have any at all, I never pulled a preservation LC since day one so I pretty much have no choice but buying Memories.
We were never here for the f2p, we were here for Mtash's story arcs

Yes getting who you want is fun and makes the account fun overall and a few extra 10 pulls are relatable with ppl who have a job and can have fun at a game they want
im an advocate of texture of memories! i run 2 piece HP and 2 piece outgoing healing set and ive cleared MoC 10 and swarm world 5. the 2 piece outgoing healing is b/c of opportunity cost, if you're wondering btw, you can get defense, hp and speed in substats but extra healing you cant get elsewhere (besides LC). If you can get 7000 - 8000 hp and 1500- 1700 defense your Fu Xuan will be set for sure

@@victormedina7553 That's a good 4 star option for her but due note that she's gonna be getting hit a lot because of the Light Cone's taunt, so you might have to build her with more DEF to keep her tanky. Texture of Memories at least gives her a shield without the taunt, but I still build mine with DEF cause I don't want her to ever die lol.

texture of memories helps with her personal tankiness, which is really helpful in cases like MOC or SU where bosses nuke the whole team and she gets vaporized; I've currently got Landau's on mine and I'm really considering saving for TOM just to make it so she can properly tank boss nukes without immediately dying or using a stack; AND the effect res can be nice to use with the Broken Keel set to make her more resistant to DOTs(thus improving her utility for the team by having more HP for them to "use"), making her more resistant to CC when her skill-passive is inactive; AND with the set bonus, it makes her skill like a whombo combo providing the team with a bit of both crit rate and crit damage almost completely passively
Landau's is technically mathematically one of the best, but her gameplay honestly doesn't want her to be hit, she wants the compounding damage reduction coming from her talent, + the characters's defense, + her own damage reduction and defense; her getting hit more is nice for the team, but it's not nice for her, and thus it's not really nice for the team
plus it turns her into a pseudo-shielder character which will make her pretty insane for Preservation SU; not only all the shields of the team being insane, but also her DR just mitigating a good chunk of the damage said shields will tank, I'm really hyped for it once I can swap to TOM
Day 1 Lc is fine enough in my opinion. It gives more survivability to the team.
Also building a new lc rn takes away the opportunity to build other characters or fu Xuan traces,right now.
Though Texture of memories is the best option for her in the long run.
Tbh, day 1 is better for her. The damage resist for the team stacks with her passive, I do believe, could be wrong
I'm an advocate of day one as well. Although i got texture yesterday and it just seems so busted for her lol. Even gives her effect res so i can reach 30% for the crit DMG bonus on the planar set.
Well with fuxuan u want your team to take the hits, landau removes those aspects and increase her taunt so much. She will take more damage and if u cant keep up with the ult ur FX fked unless ur spending sp to recharge ult. I know landau has dmg reduce, but fuxuan itself has damage reduction.
It stacks multiplicatively not additive meaning the less effective the damage reduce from landau.
With day 1 its all type res, a different type of reduction which does more.
Making ur team tank the hits will reduce the damage overall to fuxuan than making fuxuan tanking the hits.

It got like that cos he spent money on his itto account which killed all his drive to continue it - his words. I'm guilty of it too as a day-one player where I re-rolled accounts to get Venti essentially for free (that time around) and to this day, I still haven't spent a single penny on any gacha game since.
I suppose part of the fun is the struggle and rare times where you get a game-changing character, upgrade or weapon through the extremely low gacha odds.

Texture of memory is a good LC for Fu Xuan. It's like this LC was made for her. I am about to save for superimpose. So far no regrets.
I got it to superimpose 5. It's 100% worth it, my fu xuan has never died even once, even in swarm 5
the thing is .. Fu Xuan LC makes every preservation into semi abundance lol
Also her light cone completed what they ripped out of her kit in the first place.
HoYoverse makes the characters broken beyond broken at first and then rip out some stuff that they put on the light cone to make whale bait (even though I wasted some wishes and got it anyway 😂)
Her LC healing part isn’t that valuable it doesn’t work against boss phases just waves
Meaning you’re getting value when the wave changes from 1/2 to 2/2 and so on.
Nice bonus but people seem to treat it as more than just a bonus because you can very much do without it
@@sev559 With her burst healing combined with her LC healing, it adds up to making her the only tank needed on the team to beat majority of the content.
By itself, yes, it's meh. But with her burst healing and the round healing, it works wonders.
Hence why they made it that way because if it was originally apart of her kit, she would have been way more OP

The Herta LC is better for now, since you are basically capable of guaranteeing S5 on it. It will take time, but still, it will probably be much faster than S5 a gacha LC

The increased defence let’s you get to 1500 DEF easier, while the team wide damage reduction means even more damage mitigation, for both Fu Xuan and the rest of your team

I run s5 texture of memories and i definitely love the shield it gives you and it helps you run broken keel really easily aswell
(I do run her with blade so I don't really want the aggro from landaus though)

I would recommend Day 1 in my new life personally. I've found it the best for team survivability in my experience, if your Fu Xuan herself is struggling to stay alive I'd swap to the Herta shop one.
I use day 1 and shes able to sustain without problem, i have landau and level them both. Day1 makes my fuxuan less stressed using her skill to recharge her ult sooner before -1 duration on her skill than landau making her tank so many hits.

The damage reduction on march's Day 1 of my new life is more effective hp for your party since Fuxuan's damage split is before Def and damage reduction is applied.
Texture of Mem is 100% BIS for "F2P" you can work towards the refinements and its super cracked. free effect res AND a shield with 66% uptime, and more damage reduction. its huge.

I really like seeing the two accounts growing. The main account, not as a whale, but as a “cracked” slightly non f2p account and then the fun challenge new account.
Gacha community has an issue with self validation, why do you pit so many titles on people based on if they spend money or not? Their is no difference between and unlucky paid players and a lucky f2p, I find 4.99 a month is fine, I don't pay in any other games, mostly due to PS5 games being more expensive and f2p in most other gachas is actually rewarding. Genshin and HSR are very punishing gachas, but even just spending 4.99 a month ans starting during Blade, I've pulled 3 Clara's, Blade, Kafka, 2 Clara LCs, Kafka LC, Imbibtor Lunae and his LC. Skipped Fu Xuan, cuz pink hair, gross.

@@THEBeastGohan I think the title of "F2P" is more to show that you can relate yourself to more of the community. People that gatekeep it though is very strange to me. Personally for a content creator, I believe that being F2P is their best way to stay relatable to their community since there will be kids and people in financial situations that allow less/no additional money towards in game purchases up to people that can buy everything in the game that is physically possible. You are right about there being very little to no difference between the lucky F2P/low spenders and the unlucky mid/possibly high spenders since several aspects in this game can favor you getting something with more tries but is not guaranteed.
An extremely lucky F2P player can get lucky in HSR and pull e1 or even e2 in a single 10 pull. Does it make them not F2P? No, but it does however make them more relatable to spenders in the game. Which I think is the main reason why people care so much about the term F2P and throw it around so much even to those that are truly F2P but lucky.

Get Texture of Memories. Especially since you only have one copy of Landau’s Choice. Although it is 4 star, you would have to rely on gacha RNG to be able to get more copies, while you’re able to buy Superimposers for Texture of Memories(even though it would take time). But even I have a maxed out Landau’s choice and still prefer to use Texture, just because of how Fu Xuan’s kit works. She is supposed to take the majority of the dmg that your other characters take, not fully receive the dmg. You can build her to take all the dmg and it can work but then your other characters are missing out on the free energy they can get from being attacked. And as long as you build Fu Xuan in HP, the shield you get after being attacked is extremely tanky. Not just because it scales off Fu Xuan’s heath, but you also get dmg resistance from her skill that stacks with the shield. Then there’s the point about sustaining health for everyone on the team. As long you use Fu Xuan’s ultimate at the appropriate time and do your best to make sure she keeps at least one stack of her self heal to keep her up then she will always survive, along with providing health for teammates. And if you are ever worried about the healing, you have a good Lynx or Bailu to manage that.
My personal build for Fu Xuan is using 2 piece Health, and 2 piece dmg reduction so that she can take more of the dmg without taking agro. She now has 8,000 hp and 2,000 defense, along with 50% effect resistance(personal preference) just so I can get some extra Crit DMG from 2 piece Insumousu’s. Along with being able to basically resist almost every effect even if you don’t have her skill active.

ToM is really good on her and shes the only character that can actually use it so I say yeah go for it. It also has 5 star base HP so its all around the best F2P light cone for Fu Xuan

Day 1 of my new life ia great. All resistance 10% at S1 stacks with Fu Xuan damage reduction.
It also goes to all team, meaning lesser damage to team overall.

Happy you got your fu xuan man! Technically your acc is still relatable compared to a f2p + supply pass player (except for the luck part). Get her Text of Memories, try to max her skill and talent, get all her traces asap.
The only real challenge now is saving up those jades and not get greedy on every banner. Save up to 14.4k+ jades (90 pulls) you’ll be sitting comfortable on a banner you need to pull for

Day One of My New Life is really good. The All Res is synergizes well with Fu Xuan's E, and the Def increase to get above 1500 is important.
It'd be hilarious if it was Tectone who gifted the codashop shards to him to get the Fu Xuan in the first place xD

Good for you mTash or more like mstashed. You got mono quantum in bag and now you can only improve it with quantum harmony and quantum destruction in future and just slapping on those juiced relics. Improving danil team with someone to give sp and E6 Yukong or maybe diving into Nihility big time - you got so many options and this looks pretty impressive NGL.
if you get the Herta cone you can equip the 2 piece set that gives you 10% Crit Damage for whole team so there some nice team synergy there
I will make this easy for you mtashed:
-go texture of memories if you want a tanky inmortal fu xuan that NEVER DIES and NEVER GETS CCd
-go landau if you want your team to be even tankier, landau makes it so fu xuan is targeted more often by enemies so she will take more hits for the team, however preservation units already have high taunt value so imo this cone is not as needed
At the end of the day texture of memories will give fu xuan more BASE HP since its a 5 star so it buffs her entire kit and gives her a broken pasive
Funny, I had a completely different experience with the Texture LC. When I had it on her, she'd die constantly even tho she was 7.2k HP and 1800 defense. The shield would appear once and then I wouldn't see it for a long time so pretty much all the LC gave her was higher stats and some RES but since she prevents CC's with her skill already, the LC is pretty much there just for stats at that point.
When I switched her to Moment of Victory tho, she's at 7.4k HP now (cause of a relic I finished upgrading) and 2300 defense, that's without the extra 500 more defense when she gets hit in a fight. With a speed of 134, unless I'm doing Swarm 5 or the deer in world 7, she just can't die cause she's so tanky.
If I didnt have moment tho, I'd for sure go with Landeau's choice cause you omitted the best part of the LC, the damage reduction. Her skills and passives on top of the damage reduction from that LC is the reason why Tectone's Fu Xuan with a ridiculous 1k defense can still do it's job like most Fu Xuan's. So for me as the best LC outside her signature LC that is I'd say it's a tie between Moment of Victory and Landeau's choice and Texture is way way way second.
As for how to spend your Herta store currency, just look at the upcoming banners. Upcoming is Hunt (Topaz), Destruction (Jingliu), Erudition (Argenti), and Abundance (Huohuo). Currently, you already have Herta's Hunt and Destruction cone, so by the time the next "next" patch comes, you'll already be on the way to get a potential Abundance/Erudition cone assuming Herta's shop will continue to grow cones (1 for each path). You're pretty safe to get the Preservation cone now.
I got Fu Xuan on the same day as you, but mine was 50/50. I would recommend getting the Herta shop light cone so you can pair it with the effect resist set for the extra crit damage if you got good pieces for it.
I guess his numbers are so far down he no longer cares about willpower or morality (his opinion about demonstrating and broadcasting, as a streamer with influence, that you don’t need to spend money on gachas in order to enjoy the game) ..😅
Man... I got her E1 and lightcone. Its so busted. No heals required, then you can use Tingyun or Bronya. (You might still need it in the highest level of Swarm)
Nah, Swarm 5 I literally just run FMC,Kafka, Luka and Sampo and run Nihility, no healer required.

03.38 -> Thb i dont think fu xuan wants to be targeted, because shell take a lot more damage, than if she just tanks the damage of other characters. What i want to say is her talant will be basically useless if your fu xuan will be attacked instead of your allies. So dont use landau's choice.

Day one of my new life works just fine for her since she actually needs a hefty amount of DEF alongside HP, and Day one provides DEF% and all-type RES for the team. It's not worth spending herta bonds on texture of memories if you have that or Landau's choice or anything else, the difference isn't big enough.
