    Back with my weekly weigh in from the first week of January in 2024. Still down 40 lbs over the last 2 years - watch to see how I do it!
    Mindset is everything. I know it's a new year and a lot of people jump "back on track" at the beginning of the year - I did it for YEARS! But here's why it's important to change your mindset.

    First time watching.i Rember when I turn 30.my son said hey mom just think 30 more years you will be 60.i Laugh. Now I am 67,yesr old we're did that time gone.you are so right what you are saying.😊 I get overwhelmed just thinking about Lossing weight.😊

      Time really is rushing by - it's crazy!! No need to be overwhelmed, just start small with one thing and over time add other healthy habits. :) It's not easy but definitely rewarding!

    I think for me, leaning on those zero point foods (the ones I like and ate prior to ww) helps me to still eat the volume I enjoy. If I was having higher pointed stuff for each meal, my serving sizes would be smaller than I'm ready for at this point in my journey. Baby steps for me......which seem to be working well so far. I definitely do not overeat them, though...I do double track over on Lose It to make sure I'm where I want to be. I still eat fat and the rare times I make chicken with skin, I eat the skin. Balance....it looks different for everyone. CONGRATS, Hannah & Jacob on your new home!! Holy crap, how amazing!! Happy New Year to all of you.

      So valid for this Krista!! I think if you're going to utilize zero point foods, that's exactly the way to do it - for volume! It just breaks my heart when people don't bother branching out much because they think they should only eat the zero foods. So happy for you that it's working - that's all that matters!!! 🥳 🥰 You go girl!

    Great inspiration Biz! You and Hannah are wonderful.
    Everyone needs to have some fat every day. Right?! I cannot imagine only eating zero point foods. Ugh! Then I would gorge on cookies and don't if I did that. 😅😅😅

    You’re in Chicago area? Your sleeveless top made me think otherwise. You must be getting the snowstorm we are in SE Wisconsin today (Friday)? Then the zero temperatures. No WW meeting in the morning here. I made goal last fall and now at lifetime. Worried about going on maintenance. Hannah’s move sounds wonderful and that kitchen! Love your channel! You’re very motivating and a riot! So fun!

    I have just found you. I listened to you about your pizza dough. I just purchased the kindle version of your cookbook. Sounds very interesting. I love the 3 videos I’ve seen so far. Been on ww for two weeks today. I started on Healthi on October 28 and I liked it. But since I was using ww recipes it made it difficult when points and bites were not the same. So I went with ww.

    You made me feel better about my self. I can go on weight watcher .I had to stop working. Because taking care of my husband on Hospice. I weight 240lb.how many points can I have.😊

      Happy that you can leave here feeling better about yourself, Linda! I don't know specifically since it depends on your height and activity level among other things - but I would guess probably between 25-35 points?
