    HI! I’m Biz and I’m a 56 year old on the WW Diabetic plan. The only difference between the traditional and diabetic plans is that I have to count points for certain things (fruit, mainly). Because of this, I get a few more points per day. Currently, I am given 28 WW points/day. In this video, the breakdown looks like this:Breakfast: 8 WW points
    Lunch: 7 WW points
    Dinner: 6 WW points
    Slice of Sourdough as a snack: 4 WW points
    TOTAL: 25 WW POINTS
    I am often asked how to handle WW points, and my one response is: EAT THEM! That’s why we have them! If you hoard all of your points, chances are you’re bored of the same zero point foods, and you’re also starving most of the day. That’s not how it’s supposed to work. On WW, I don’t deprive myself of anything. I don’t cut certain foods out. I don’t typically eat my activity points - but that’s only because I don’t feel the need to. If you’re hungry and out of weeklies, eat your activity points!
    I also recommend switching your points up each day, as this tends to keep my body guessing and not as stagnant. Eat more points some days, lower on others, etc. In the end, it all evens out - but within each day you have variety and flexibility. Personally, I also think this helps mentally just as much as physically - if you allow yourself to be flexible with your WW points, you don’t get too caught up sticking to a strict plan. That’s life, you need variety!
    I hope videos like this showcase that you can eat real food that’s delicious and filling while still losing weight. You should be eating foods that you love, that are satiating, and make the foods you eat a lifestyle and not a diet. That’s major!
