A lot of other videos talk about finding support and resistance, but this has got to be the best one I've seen. The tip on using higher time frames to find the KEY levels of S/R is something I have been needing clarity on for so long.

You don't need holy grail you need a strategy formed on Multi time frame analysis.
If you found what level you can look for trade on the Higher timeframe.
Then your entry Time frame should have to be something to Enter Current trend retracement around that Level.
If you want ro know Current price direction use volume indicator which us all the indicator you need basically.
Or use a momentum oscillator, Basically sentiment is your follow up
