- Welcome back to the second episode of Dave The Trimmer!
This is an introduction to the world of trimming through the eyes and workshop of me, Dave!
Having been in the automotive trimming business for many years, I thought it would be a cool idea to document a few of the things that come through the door. From bike seats, to full interiors as well as a glimpse into the other companies and businesses we work with.
This is the second part of the video you saw last week where we take a trip over to Thornton Hundred Motorcycles to deliver the seat you saw us trim in first episode as well as a look and talk through of my Singer inspired MK1 Caddy pickup.
The trimming never ends. From one job to the next and sometimes it's not all plain sewing.
Sit back, relax and enjoy the trim.
Please comment below any ideas or thoughts you have with regards to future videos that you might like to see.
Make sure you give this video a thumbs up and share it!

Thank you for showing more of what I wanted to see…working on something with a little explanation along the way. Would have liked to see/hear what kind of glue you use, how you apply it, and how long you let it set up.
Attention to detail is super.
Interesting watch and very knowledgeable guy .
Really enjoying the content - keep it coming
never mind the maserati seats ... ill have a set of the carbon ones on the shelf please
Hi Dave, Great content, I love the attention to detail
Do you ever trim dashboard, central consoles of cars that were not previously trimmed? I have an old 987 booster that did not come with the extended leather option and I was interested in understanding more the cost implications and feasibility of having this done
Cheers
Could you tell us what glue you use to but the leather on the dash
Please keep the music volume always much lower than the speaking & get a lav mic.
I'm watching on my TV. @1:45 the music is still very loud and I can't understand what he's saying. This means turning the volume constantly up and down. You'll kill your channel mate by blasting the music.
Stop moaning.
