  • The Darksoft Neo Geo AES Multi Cart is an expensive flash cart for your Neo Geo. But have you seen the prices for some original games, over a grand for some of them!!!! Find out if you should invest in this multi cart, or remortgage your house to buy all the games.
    The review goes in depth on the menu software, flashing times and game loading times, with some gameplay to round things up.
    You can find out more information about the Darksoft AES and MVS Multi Carts at www.arcade-projects.com/forum... where you can find links where to buy, get the latest firmware and support for them.

      The NeoSD and Multi Cart are fairly similar in terms of features. The NeoSD is a little more expensive when taking into account import prices. I have not tried the NeoSD (or NeoSD Pro) so I can't compare them, but from what I have seen they are very similar. The NeoSD Pro is far more expensive but does support CD games . I am very happy with the Darksoft AES cart and is easier to buy so I would recommend that.

    Hi retro gaming Banter I wish you a happy New year. So I do receive my cartridge Darksoft multi aes but I have issues, I used different micro sd and I follow all the steps to run it but I have a glish and blue screen and nothing work. Please could you help me. I registered on arcade project forum I'm waiting to be accepted. I use pro pow 3 power supply. Is it the source of the problem. Thank you

      Check that you have updated both the firmware and the menu file, one may not work properly without the other. They can be downloaded from www.arcade-projects.com/threads/darksofts-multiaes-latest-firmware-menu-and-instructions.8450/ There's also a manual there which has some information on how to upgrade etc.

      @@toughboy19xx There is a step by step guide PDF file at www.arcade-projects.com/threads/darksofts-multiaes-latest-firmware-menu-and-instructions.8450/. That is what I followed. Make sure that the Micro SD card is SDHC and not SDXC and should be FAT32.

      @@toughboy19xx I would contact the seller or ask on the forums before sending back. They will probably know what the issue is and be able to help further.

    It’s cool but I like my neosd pro

  • @TheKayliedGamerChannel-YouTube

    ...suppose at least its only a flash and load... but that is quite slow. Not NeoCD but....

    • @RetroGamingBanter
      @RetroGamingBanter  Před 3 lety

      It is not that slow once you have flashed the games you want to play. Generally I play the same games every time, so it is more of a one time occasional flashing new game(s),

    Do not buy this piece of shit. This thing is riddled with bugs and is one big headache. Go with terraonions solution. Some aes's like mine have random glitching from corrupt graphics to sound cutting out. What a waste of $$$

      Have you checked the power supply? I have seen that some people have issues when the original PSU is not providing enough power.
