Indeed you don't want car problems in the tunnel. There are a lot of emergency phones tho across the tunnel

Are those lit areas on the side for people with car problems? I imagine that there are phones in the tunnel for emergency calls
Yes people with car problems can stop on these places all through the tunnel there are places for people to make a emergency call. however there are no emergency exits
