Jenna should totally finish her giant granny square blanket. Maybe do another 24 hour challenge ???❤
Or a row a week ‘shorts’
@@wolfgangshuman I like the row a week idea! I low key get stressed when she does the 24 hour ones because I worry it isn't good for her sleep/stress! (I'm a Mum)

😂why are you torturing the woman
I love that you always do multicolored ribbing. It feels like a Jenna Phipps signature move.
I like how Jenna just glossed over “I went on a date.” 😂 The new camera is cool too.😊
I thought she was married??
She talked about their separation a while back. End of last year or maybe the beginning of this year. I think it’s been a year or almost a year. It was when she move to the smaller apartment before this apartment that she’s in now.
Love the fact that you show your messy process... it makes me feel good about being human.
Jenna do you ever block your knit/crochet projects? I feel like it would be the final step to make them perfect and might solve some of the fit issues (like you could probably get an extra inch of length out of this sweater with blocking)
was just going to say that! don’t undo the ribbing for the third time just block it!! it’ll probably grow at least a few inches or more if you really stretch it out
I would love for Jenna to do a blocking tutorial/trying it out video
Yep was going to suggest blocking too
Exactly what I was thinking! I feel like there’s a general lack of blocking in a lot of these youtube tutorials/vlogs and it bothers me bc even just soaking and drying the garments can make a huge difference.
Saying that, it looks like Jenna used roving for this sweater, which doesn’t always block well due to its (lack of) structure.
I was thinking the same
+1 to blocking your sweater. It might add just a bit more length and really come down to where you wanted!
And I deeply relate to undoing that tubular bind off, it sucksssssssss
It looks stunning. The body of the sweater probably would be more relaxed and more fitted if you soak it in hot water and block it.
For your next knit dream sweater, you should check out german short row shaping for the back, to make your sweater fit better (no raised back) :D edit: it's because you need extra fabric at the back to compensate for the extra fabric that is going over your chest
I love your creativity when it comes to color - you put together shades i'd never expect and it always looks beautiful!! I figure if you still feel its too short as you go through winter you could try blocking it?
I love your crazy sense of humour..... I love the back end clearance joke.... I would do that as a random customer prank..... hold the garment in you arms and walk around the clearance isle and see how many people try to look for the same garment LOL
I have to look up stitches and techniques all the time and I've been crocheting and knitting for a w h i l e. I can't retain some things no matter how hard I try lol. You also inspired me to frog projects I don't like/never wear or use for new projects, which I'm enjoying more than I thought I would.
I am the same with knitting. I always forget what I am doing. Have to write every stitch for every row down and number the rows too otherwise it probably would be a fail.
Congrats on finishing! It is a bit short though, IMHO it could use 3 more rows on the body.. especially when you raise your hands..
I think if you block it, it will get a lot longer and also since you used chunky yarn, the drape would be perfect! I love the colors btw
the way i WHEEZED at the way benson just sat on your lap while you knitted. he was like “ 🌝”
❤ A date, that's brilliant (well I hope it was anyway) Oh yeah, the sweater is ace.
redoing is just a process, and I do that all the time..... If you want the piece to be loved and worn, you occasionally have to fix the areas that aren't working and that you don't love... The redo is all worth the effort 😉
You've maxed out cuteness in pets. They seem to have your personality. Therefore they should be wearing matching sweaters. 👍👍👍
I seriously recommend Jenny‘s Surprisingly Stretchy Bind-Off. Easy to do, pretty, and, as the name suggests, stretchy. But not saggy. It’s the absolute best!
A date? Congrats!
Like some have said, you could block it, but a tank top underneath could also work
My heart stopped when you started undoing all your hard work, but it paid off! This is so cute!!
You can see the quality of the camera so well! It’s amazing
Girllll find out how to block your sweater. Blocking does wonders. You can lengthen it a bit, easy 🫶🏼
Just discovered Jenna few days back while searching for a sweater knitting tutorial. Jenna you make the tougher projects seem like it's conquerable even to someone like me who's a totally scared beginner. Thanks for the contagious confidence ❤
If it is natural fibres, rather than acrylic, an aggressive block might give you a bit more length? Let it soak in warmish water for an hour, lay it on towels and roll them up like a buritto, step on the towel buritto to squeeze the water out then lay the sweater flat, stretching it to the shape you want and let it dry that way- wet wool is a bit like plasticine but it will dry into a stable shape. Your stitches will even out, too, if there is any uneveness x
Love the sweater! Love the colours! You can try and block it to make it a bit longer, or just wear some camisole under it in the cold months ❤️
You need to do a video showing and talking about all the sweaters you've made! I'd love to see your progress ❤
Your sweater looks really cool!
Bind off tip: try the bind off method from ruke official (they have a youtube channel). It’s basically just going through 3 stitches with a tapestry needle knitwise and slip the first stitch, just continue and you’re done 👌🏽
Love! The green color 😍
Adore the sweater Jenna! I'm 61y.o. and I would totally rock that sweater (with a few inches added to the bottom).
I love that mint green with the vermilion red❤
Would never and have never worn such a thick sweater here! Would have to live in fridge! Just wanted to say I loved all the tops you were wearing when you made it! Would love to make a very fine one starting from the top! Also am fascinated with what you will do to hour house investment! Love your babies and your friend wearing your desert vest …….so creative Aussie Lady!
I love you and your channel so much! I love watching people make clothes and people doing craft projects. I’ve only been subbed for a little while, but I love your channel so much! We need to get you to a million subscribers! You are amazing, and talented.
Looks great on you. Id have to have it longer mysf, but it works well on your figure. You must be quite proud of this accomplishment!
Jenna!!!!1 i was screaming at the screen when you were unraveling all your hard work on the ribbing! Unsolicited advice but you can insert life lines where you’d like to unravel and keep some of your work. Then just use a Kitchener stitch to attach!
Dude I have been knitting for like 20 years and I still can't get the bind offs without watching the video tutorials. If you're looking for a better one, I watch Nimble Needles tubular bind off, his explanations are so detailed yet concise.
1st try on thought was it makes you look like a marshmallow! I love marshmallows! OMG I can't believe you just said the dog looks like a marshmallow! What a weird day!
Love the sweater. Note that knit items always look better once blocked.😊 Good job using up yarn /stash buster.
That mint green ✨pops✨ 😍
I love the sweater!! For the bindoff (I think you are talking about Italian Bind off), Petite Knit has a great video on YT about it. It is called 'Den ultimative guide til italiensk aflukning', and you can turn on the English Subtitles. I was also so frustrated but now I understand it finally
"You are the knitting bomb!" , says no-one her who knits. LOL. I love it. The colors are great! I just smile when I see you! You are extremely entertaining.
Money well spent. What a cutie pie! It's so hard to find knitting channels. Crochet seems to dominate all yarn crafts. The sweater is very pretty.
It’s beautiful! I am so in awe that you figured out your own pattern! ❤❤❤
Well done Jenna! Thanks for the life lessons!
I love this jumper and you! Thank you ❤
Nice job! Your so patient!!!❤
It looks so so good!!
I love your new sweater! You are such an inspiration with your creativity, variety of projects, and being willing to change things that just don't work for you.
it turned out so cute!!! if you still want it to be less cropped, blocking might help! but it’s gorgeous either way 🤍🤍🤍
Sleepy puppy at 4.53 ❤❤ And I feel like the sweater with a oversized button down underneath it when it's cold would be adorable?
It looks incredibly cute and I love the cropped look.
These colors make me so happy!
Your crochet and hand knitting content are always my favorites
Its gorgeous!❤💚💙🤎
The bright green yarn is sooo good in this :)
Way cool! I love it and love this type of design.
Such pretty colors 😊
i love how jenna gives off good vibes all the time
i used to be able to knit some before i became a crocheter but nothing like this!
i recently crocheted a sweater, but now I want to make a chunkier one!
anyways, that turned out so beautiful!
Definitely the best crocheter and knitter ever ❤
yes, obviously!
her color choices are perfect every time
Once again, the color combo 👍🏻...🫶🏻💋🫶🏻 #love
❤❤❤Love it. Colors all blend together. Good looking sweater.
I love this sweater! One of my favorite things to watch while I knit is your content, it gets me so excited to finish my own projects!
Love your videos! Super colours and love the way you keep on improving it until you get it right as you want it!
Thanks to Jenna I always look forward to Wednesday 😁 and the sweater is so gorgeoooous 😍
I know! every Wednesday when I get the chance I immediately go to Jenna's channel!!
It turned out so good!!!
It’s really cute! Well done and you sure earned the pride for it!
Sooo cute! I would love to try your pattern! ❤
Benson sitting on you lap was a cute candid moment. When do you actually wear the items you've made?
This is so cool ! i love crocheting while watching your videos but i might get into knitting !!
Please please knit an iconic Weasley sweater with your initial, J. Would be so cute!!
Jenna's knit vids inspired to me make crochet videos and i did. Thanks for that!
love how it came out. 🥰
Love your perseverance with all of your endeavors and your humor throughout. The colors are fabulous and your style is youthful and classic at the same time. Look forward to watching you every week.
Love this jenna ❤
Beautiful, time and patience and things workout. Love the colors. 🥰
Jenna ❤what a fantastic sweater loving all the colours beautiful work .
Looks amazing!!!
Those colours are way too cool for any child. Absolutely stunning!
Your videos always make me smile, because of the way you seem to just "wing it" with what you want to create. I appreciate the way you approach something taking into consideration, whether you mean to or not, the fact that not everything goes smoothly and you will need to rethink your projects over and over again until you are satisfied with the end result. But, question when you were knitting the sweater why didn't you compare it to a sweater that you already had that fit you ? I'm not begin mean, I was wondering this because you have your mannequin and you have sweaters that fit you, you could of easily measured the length and width of the body and arms and created the sweater like that.
I love the sweater the crop fit is awesome! Find a cute jumpsuit at the thrift store to wear underneath maybe. Great work.
The colors are amazing 😍😍😍 yeaaah pleeeeasse the pattern!! 🎉🥳🥳
omg how on earth does that look so perfect.
It turned out very beautiful Jenna.’
I find knitting VERY difficult so I usually crochet but now I'm going to have to try because I love that!
Thank you so much Jenna for demonstrating that Champions keep playing until they get it right!, your sweater looks fabulous darling! 🧶🧶🧶🧶🪡🪡✨
Just binged the past 7 Jenna videos while working on the circle skirt I'm knitting.
(Doing it on 4.5mm needles and I already have 350+ stitches on my needles so this is taking *a while*)
I love it. And I think the crop is super cute.
The length is so cute!!
really great sweater! wet blocking would elongate the body and give it a final nice touch. you can add a bit of hair shampoo to the water if you want to give the sweater a wash before its first use
love your new camera! congrats❤
Liebe deine Videos
love the sweater!! thank you for the awesome video :D
You make me want to start knitting but it's so frustrating 😂😂
Loving that sweater! Gorgeous colours that look amazing! You and your videos are such a breath of fresh air.. watching from Adelaide South Australia ❤️❤️
Very cute Jenna ❤
I'm so impressed with you unraveling so much work bc I'm too lazy for that and almost always I end up with some mistakes in my work
So good!
All these years I've been binding off wrong!! Thank you!
I Enjoy watching your videos
Ahhh I can’t wait to get to the reveal!! 🩷
