- Rom sets out to finish yet another assignment by Nepgear by using local transportation. Meanwhile Neptune and Noire pay a visit to the crazy Mexican who Nep had to repay for destroying his property. However Noire isn't satisfied with the assignment and demands a fair day's pay. This part includes 3 missions:
Mission 40: The Vice Assassination
Mission 41: The Bus Assassination
Mission 42: Caida Libre - Hry
