I recently drove nissan altima 2022/2023 SV as a rental car for 7 days. Things that I love were as follow: Front seats were very comfortable. One full tank gives 570+ miles. I was averaging 45mph on highway, minimum road noise. Things that I didn't like were as follow: CVT transmission, not enough horsepower, dashboard seemed cheap, Audio system not good, no rear AC vents.
and the best thing is that you can watch videos on your screen 😊
I really love the refreshed model looks nicer.

Thanks for the review, very good! I watched this also because it was one of the few, if not, only review of the middle-of-the pack 'SV' model. The leases on the 2023 SV are phenomenal (no, I don't work for Nissan). I'm finding new cars are better deals than on used cars right now (January 2023).
Honda better watch out. They just dropped the 2.0 and automatic transmission. No reason to over pay for the Accord anymore. This is the best deal now. And still available with a 2.0 turbo.
More bang for your buck…I’m trading my accord sport 1.5 for this or the SR version
If you want AWD it's the CVT transmission
Just bought mine :)
Nice car. Nice review. Do you know, does the second row, both sides of the 60/40 split, fold down completely flat? I do wish it came with a full size spare, but I realize that's less common these days. Love that it's AWD. Put a set of full time snow tires on it in the winter, and I bet it would do great in winter weather.
Currently renting this car. Feels very cheap and the power is underwhelming. Love the Apple car play and cabin is roomy as mentioned in this video.
I understand what you mean completely. Although I have the 2017 model and can't speak for 2023, I would've hoped for an upgrade in quality and feel. I'll check out Honda next time - maybe.
I wish they would have refreshed the Altima the same as the Chinese version. The Chinese Altima is more premium. Why would you need AWD in South Florida? 🤔
Drag races in the rain? Lol...
Good review & perfect Nissan.
The 2013 Altima SV had options available, such as dual zone climate control, turn signal lights on the outside rear view mirrors, fog lights, a sunroof etc..
Was hoping that they wouldn't take one step forward, but two steps back.
I think I'll have to pass on the new Altima, and maybe look at something like the Versa or Rogue.
So many people have had problems with the CVT transmission, but I've just stuck to the recommended maintenance schedule and have not had any problems so far, fingers crossed.
"Fingers crossed," isn't an expression that should ever be used when referencing an auto maker's reliability. Even folks that stuck to the manufacturers maintenance schedule still had issues. If I were you, I'd avoid Nissan's all together. I brought a brand new Maxima back in 2013, took great care of it, and the transmission failed 6yrs later. These types of things are still happening... No way I'd ever consider giving them a dime more of my money!
Dual zone digital climate control, integrated turn signals in the side view mirrors, sunroof are all available on the Altima SV with the Premium Package.
For last year, those options were no longer standard on the SV when Nissan moved the SV down the food chain and moved the SR up a level.
They have all those avaliable… Aka the Nissan Altima SV Oremiun Package which gets leather seats, 12.3 inch screen and more. Fog lights no Altima offers anymore due to design not allowing them. Now, the rogue is a great buy and great value with SL Premium package and SV Premium Package
Trên cả tuyệt vời
Good nissan
Wish they wouldn’t have gotten rid of the LED turn signals on the mirrors 😒
😍😍😍
My mom has This Car
NICE CAR!!!!!
good review 👍
I rented this car for a week and the day before I returned it the driver side of the door would not open! Thankful I am slim because I had to climb over the console to get in and out of the car!!!!! In the New York sunami rain!!! So upset Turned me off from Nisson.
Nissan is a good car but I hate going there to buy one or get my car serviced because they are so shady. Every single location I go to seems to have the lowest of the low.
