If you are going to niseko then I hope you like food trucks and eating outdoors as all restaurants in Niseko have apparently been booked out at least a year in advance.

Hi, I'm visiting Niseko in February. May I know where is this food truck located specifically? It looks amazing!
The first food truck area is tucked away in yotei-zaka St heading away from the ski slops, and the other one is on the street perpendicular to it. You won't miss the second spot.
