Thank you! Looks like fun and delicious trip! Can advise me on what to wear for a Hokkaido trip in winter? I know most recommend down but I am allergic to it. Thank you again.

It depends where in Hokkaido. In Sapporo, it was good to have winter boots, thermals like Heat tech from Uniqlo, a midlayer. We had Ultralight down but since you're allergic, maybe merino wool jumper? And then a waterproof winter jacket if you can. You can consider a scarf and gloves as well. Winter in Hokkaido is so fun!

Hi Matteo, yes we don't speak Japanese and still enjoyed the tour. You won't be able to understand the tour guide but they do hold up signs in English. :)

We were meant to catch a train but there was some sort of delay because of weather. Ended catching a bus instead.
