    That was a great tutorial. Publisher files used to open in Designer with every page as a separate board. It appears it is not that way anymore this would have eliminated the pdf export step from the publisher. The real solution is to get personas in publisher, but this technique works great . Thanks for the tip.

    Interesting, and learned a lot. Thank you. I watched, because, I am trying to take a pdf I have and turn it into a book that I can add my own images to. so I've been trying to copy a page of my pdf into designer, in order to manipulate it add text and images. Do you know a way I can do this, please?

      Hi. Not really sure how you are copying the pdf in designer. But i know you can open the pdf in designer and make it editable easily. Its one of the benefits of the program. You can see how it’s done here czcams.com/video/gyWO4GALBIw/video.html
      Or search for edit pdf affinity designer lots of other tutorials on how to do this.
      Hope i stirred you in the right direction.
      If the tutorial i suggest seems complicated i suggest you take a course online on how to use the program. Lots of sources online. Best wishes
