Really good and Informative video, especially with the location part at the begin. Need to try that one!
And I've read some time ago, that white tea should be good for the connective tissue. But like Gabriele, i don't really care about it. I just drink it because of the taste :)

Great video! Admittedly, I'm glad that websites in Germany are not allowed to talk about potential health benefits of tea - it's too much of a rabbit hole and actually verifying the science behind any of it (in the cases where a body of research does exist) requires lots of education and literacy.
