Thanks for the kudos, Sigi. 🙏
Thank you for contributing your insights! I hope the way I conferred them in this video was to your liking.
A great part of this video was hearing you speak about aged white tea. Hope you do more solo content about tea
Thank you, that's very kind! You're definitely going to see more of me on here.
@@guydrinkstea Nice, hope are well
I’ve tried the Shou Mei from 2000 and I really enjoyed it. I will get the Gong Mei with my next order. Aged white tea is probably my favorite kind of tea
Nice! Did you end up getting a similar impression as the one I provided in this video? Aged White Tea is an entirely new thing to me, so I'd be curious to hear what someone more experienced with it has to say about this one.
@@guydrinkstea yes i had a similar impression. I really like to drink this kind of tea when I am with friends who are not really in to tea. Because it is so mellow and easy to like.
@@Mr.Lukas333 Good to hear! And yeah, that makes a lot of sense.
I really like Sigi's culture of language, beautiful English... Also how he scope teas... Nice
Thank you! That's very kind.
Sigi, you call a 1 minute and 20 second just a normal steeping, nothing too long, nothing too short? 🤣🤣🤣 You're one of a kind! I do 1 minute 20 seconds on my steeping number 12. My tea-lovers' OCD is exploding.
Well, the tea can take it!
Mr. Sigi, what size gaiwan and tea cup are you using?
The gaiwan I'm using is the smaller Tea Taster one from nannuoshan, which comes in at 100ml. For the cups, I'm honestly not sure. I found this set of two cups at a thrift store, and they've been my go-to cups for these tea tasting. They're quite large, so maybe around 120-150ml, depending on how much you fill them.
@@guydrinkstea okay, thank you!
