    Can't beat the price! Nothing like unboxing a new chainsaw no matter where it was made.

      TO: "killinger" You know your boy stole those two Noker 381s with Mississippi right? You know off camara he switched cylinders, he didnt even get the bolts out of his hand before he "acted" like the cylinder was bad. You and your internet buddies support a criminal with some real hidden problems. The serial number was on his first unedited video.....which i captured. Might want to talk to some others who know the truth. From your own videos you dont seem so messed up to support a guy like you have! Urban Lumberjack thanks for leaving this up. Im going to leave you some decent comments about the 070. Ive handles many from all over china.

    Nothing beats an authentic 070 or 090, but the Chinese are masters at cloning stuff.

    That’s how they looked 30-40 yrs ago. We had 2 new ones back in the day.

      That’s awesome, they are awesome saws, definitely a reason they still get used so much around the world

    That's crazy that it also came with the big bar.

    • @urbanlumberjack
      @urbanlumberjack  Před rokem +1

      Right!? And I’ve found these solid bars to be really good for milling. They’re heavy and wide so cut straight. Also, no sprocket so can run them on either 3/8 or .404 saws!

    I bought one of those Huztl clone 070 Saws back in the day 2017 ? For $265 Maybe earlier it always starts and it hasn't let me down yet
    I did have to get a nut for the Clutch side and tighten that up real good and tight but its cut up so many big logs into smaller pieces its really wild. Ive got a brand new Husqvarna 3120 in the box i thought this thing would've blown up but nope.
    Somebody else gave me a blue farmertec one in 2022 that the flywheel flew off and broke the keyway due to the flywheel nut being made out of cheese just like the clutch. Nut. We will see it even has more bark than my orginal 070

    • @urbanlumberjack
      @urbanlumberjack  Před 5 měsíci +1

      That’s awesome! From what I’ve seen the holz and neotec 070s are much higher quality.
      I’ve almost got this one sorted out. Carburetor was bad. Pull cord broke. The clutch was probably rammed on with an impact so the washer broke and the clutch jammed.
      It’s a strong runner, though, and the torque is awesome! This should be a great milling saw!

      @@urbanlumberjack yep. Hook a winch to the mill and have an auxiliary oiler and you're set.

    The screw your talking about is the low not the high. Mine when new came set very rich the high especially. I leaned them out and the saw runs great

      Appreciate it! I have off and on followed the Noker saga. Glad to see you are still moving forward, I believe the clones saws have a valuable place in the market, and think you’re filling a need by vetting these companies and helping support parts

    Got a link to the $250 chainsaw? Either prices have changed or I can't find where you bought it from.

    • @urbanlumberjack
      @urbanlumberjack  Před 7 měsíci

      Definitely would not recommend buying this saw! I’ll probably do a follow up video but it’s fallen apart and has never run right. Haven’t milled a single board with it it’s a boat anchor.
      I would go with either neotech 070 or holzzforma if you want an 070 clone.

      Would NOT buy again. I put tons of money and work into it and it never ran right. I gave up on it, it’s not a saw I recommend

      if you are a lumberjack get the authenthic one but for casual cutting get it for cheapo. It's not that bad, many lumberjacks here using without problems

    That air filter set up doesn't make sense to me. Was that a giant hole in it where it goes over the carb throat? There's no way that cover thing is airtight.

    • @urbanlumberjack
      @urbanlumberjack  Před 9 měsíci

      It’s definitely not airtight. Not thrilled with the saw at the moment

      @urbanlumberjack bummer. Is it worse than the blue 660? I imagine that after using a quality machine like the stihl 661, those clones must feel pretty junky. Especially a clone of an antique.

      Yeah it was a bummer. I spent a LOT of time on the saw. It could be so great but they cut too many corners.
      I’d LOVE to find a real 070/090 and mill with that.

    For the most part there is a chance you can get one that isnt balanced or sealed properly. And some various levels of quality exist with the parts. Only one company brands their 070 parts, Noker, but Noker got a fraud review by Indiana Doug which made ut a CZcams laughing stock but he stole those two 381 with a guy out of Mississippi, the serial number on camera dont lie, its got Police attention. So Noker and a couple other companies make an 070 that is pretty much as solid and reliable as an original with minor details, like starter assay and rear handle magnesium content strength issues.

    • @urbanlumberjack
      @urbanlumberjack  Před rokem

      I saw your review on that Austin 070. I had my fingers crossed I got a decent one.
      It is a fantastic idea for someone with great knowledge of the Chinese companies to bring a saw to the market in the US. Stihl and Husky need the competition, and the biggest problem I see with the Chinese companies is the delay in shipping, language barrier and lack of customer support. I think all of that could be fixed with somebody in the US who was a knowledgeable intermediary.
      Those Noker 070s I’ve seen are incredible. Run in the harshest logging conditions out there, and run hard. I’ve watched a number of videos on the saw to get a handle on running mine.
