I love my 2019 R1. When I start my bike in the morning for a cold start I fall in love every time. Lol I don’t think you needed the background music in the video.

I currently have the option to buy a 22 r1m for the same price as the 24 zx10r, i was 100% going for zx10r, but since the discontinuation of the r1's there's an itch there for it.
Been riding my 155cc R15M ,13.8 hp at the wheel hehe. I cannot imagine how these 150+ hp machines would feel like. Crazy!

I'm taking possession of a 2023 zx-10r krt on friday. Quick question: how are those see-through tank pads, performance (grip level) and comfort wise, compared to a regular tech spec kit?
Jeff...to be honest...I'm a TECHSPEC fan thru and thru...but Stompgrip Clear pads are the best for heavily designed bikes like the KRT edition. The grip isn't Great but it's better than nothing when straddling the tank. Just my 2 cents. I hope that helps. CONGRATS on the new bike!!!
@@CK_RIDES thanks for the quick reply! I might stick with the tech spec then... I'd rather be comfy, safe and confident and hide the graphics a little bit than not be able to trust in the grip level they provide.

Chen...no. The electronic steering dampener is solid. And it gets hot pre-flash. Post flash he's cool as a cucumber.

I run Yoshimura AT2 and Alpha Pipes. Most have never heard of them. I swear by them. 🤓

I live in Arkansas, and none of the dealers near me have gotten any r1's, they got r7s but not r1's. So ive only gotten to sat on a zx10r
The R1 is getting progressively harder to find an acquire.

Yamaha R1- recalled for Lead coupler Defects in India Yamaha is recalling its flagship motorcycle, R1 India. The recall is issued after the company. determined that the defect related to headlight... only because I'm a big-time fan of your CZcams videos and I'm a big-time fan of the Yamaha R1!! IS IN MY DNA!! The R1M is my dream bike. I have a CP3 and would love to upgrade. But in Brazil, like in India, Yamaha gave up on big bikes. They sell mostly small bikes. The ZX10R is available here dough, so I think I’ll have to settle with it. Thanks for sharing the differences.

You do know the R1 and R1M are the same bike right, the only difference is suspension and fairings. There is zero power gains in the M version.
Uh…you do know that your comment just contradicted itself. They are NOT the same bike. They have the same ENGINE…but my brother…until you own both of them like I do…you’ll quickly learn for yourself that they ARE NOT the same bike. The R1M is KING.

The most annoying thing about the R1M is that for a bike that price, they really should have better welds - aesthetically.
I hear you. But it's a hand built swing arm forged and polished by hand. Gives the bike a unique look. I'm not mad.
@@CK_RIDES Don't get me wrong I'm shopping for one that's why I've noticed it. It was jarring to see at first. It's just a shame because older Yamaha used to have such skillful welds. There's really no excuse why the welds on a good mountain bike should be better looking than on a flagship superbike. Still not gonna stop me from buying one though!

Zx10 r have braking issue not good bike ..Recently a Indian youtuber died and 3 other also from india died..this month....most people in india are selling this bike ...they are in fear also this bike is bad luck
