We believe that to have a clean practice, you have to have a clean environment-and we strive for that every day.

This is exactly what we needed, a way to know where Alo yoga comes from and the people behind it apart from the amazing teachers that we already know ❤ Alo yoga is not just a brand but truly is a family and you can feel it through how inspiring this community is. My love for yoga is growing more and more thanks to my practice, to the wonderful yogis I look up to through instagram and youtube and thanks to you guys showing all your love to people and sharing it through your messages and comments, pictures and videos that you provide. Conscious!?! Thats hilarious. A company that sexually assaults women, silences women, refuses to sell clothing to women who are XL and most importantly sues a young yoga teacher for speaking out. You won't silence us, if you try, we will only scream LOUDER!

The first step in starting my Yoga journey (recommended by a friend) was two ways - Studying and listening to Jaggi Vasudev (Sadhguru) followed by taking a look at alo.
I never normally comment or share my thoughts. Just wanting to say that I feel not only a sense of warmth after watching this video but also a sense of belonging. Your brand/movement and ideas are welcoming and it is clear that you are doing your very best to bring people together. Yoga(mastering mind and body in a safe/family orientated space), creative and well executed fashion design and environmental awareness.
I will be starting today with one of your online classes and who knows maybe in the future I could get involved in a project. Or attend a real class at one of your yoga studios with one of your friendly Yogi's.

I have been following your channel since I started my yoga practice to help with my back pain maybe 10 months ago. I use your videos at least four times a week, and I've been loving the Mindful Movement series. I love that you made this video! I've learned so much about the company that I didn't know and it makes me love it even more. I will definitely be supporting you as I can! My plan is to start with an Alo yoga mat. :)
