How to make a macrame yoga mat strap

- Hey everyone 👋 Finally I am back with a new tutorial and this time it is a macrame yoga mat strap. As always I hope you will enjoy it and keep on reading for all the cord measurements 😉
The final macrame strap is 190 cm long and I needed the following supplies for it:
26 m of a braided 5mm cord in Natural
3,6 m of a braided 5mm cord in Pastel Pink
3,6 m of a braided 5mm cord in Iris
1,8 m of a braided 5mm cord in Milky Green
And here are the individual measurements for each section.
6x4m for the base cords
4x50 cm for all the gathering knots
For the colored sections the middle cord is 70 cm and the side cords are 55cm long.

I’m so happy to see you back. I’ve added a new hobby to the macrame, I started learning ukulele. I bought one during Black Friday and it’s a big challenge for the fingers but it’s normal. Just wanted to tell you that. I love music, so I’m enjoying myself 😅lol 🙋♀️

Last year I bought so many bobbiny cords that were on sale, all of them were 5mm 3strands cords. Now after I did many projects I started to prefer the braided cord because they are easier and simpler to work with. However, I can't buy more now unless I use the ones I have 😭😭. Just a small complain, thank you for the great tutorials as always 💕..
Oh I get it, I have a similar problem only with single twist cords which I don't use as much anymore...or just in general that for some of my projects I only use a little bit of the color and then I don't know what to do with the rest. And so often this is where my project planning starts with the goal of using up some old cords 😄
