Errors:
Shadow word death is usable on targets of any health level(must have been another expansion it was changed to an execute ability)
Dwarves and draenei get chastise(2 sec root) in exchange for losing exclusivity of Fear Ward. It was confirmed that it'll be 2.4 balance also, so except every priest race to have fear ward
I don't think I did justice in explaining that warriors are weaker than their vanilla counterparts. Some people make it out as if they'll never get a raid spot, which I think is an over-exaggeration, but they're definitely weaker in TBC than they are in vanilla.
Warrior's Rampage ability requires manual refreshing every 30 sec
Since I started in BC I will totally come back for BC Classic. And since I really liked your classic guides and videos the last days I was wondering If u put up a video like the class guide for BC. And since I am quite casual I really need this to make my desicion
I'm playing Prot Pally, honestly for my fellow brethren I hope Seal of Blood is on both factions.
And I hope duel spec is included, but for like 5K not 1K like Wotlk!
@@GereifteTraube for casual, hunter is best for solo play, shaman are the most wanted so you will always get a group, mage / druid are most wanted for pvp, and paladins are probably the best gold farmer for instance boosting.
@@MitchellNabkey Absolutely true ! I would add that Hunter / Warlocks are top tier dps in PvE, closely followed by Mage, with Hunter solid all throughout the expansion, while Warlocks scale incredibly with gear, especially in the latter half (as they usually do).
@@MitchellNabkey I remember playing a Shaman during SSC times. Doing DPS in the first phase of Lady Vashj and then starting to heal in phase two and three and still topping the actual heal meters. Shaman OP

Guess you never played TBC before because there is soo much wrong with it.
I remember Ravager was one of the Go-to pets for hunters. That and phase stalker (I think only MM's used it).

I think my favorite point of TBC was levelling as a elemental-resto shaman. I forgot the exact build, I think it was 30-0-21. You dip into elemental mastery and nature's swiftness, allowing you to instantly cast Chain Lightning with 100% crit chance. OP stuff. Also allows you to level solo and heal dungeons fine all the way up until heroics and karazhan.

I believe Shadow Word: Death can be used versus targets more than 20% health. You just take the damage to yourself aswell unless the target dies to your SW:D.

This can be used to break pollies and ice traps by the skilled priests, as the damage has a delay.

This video isn't just about picking a class. It also shows how good TBC is for all classes. Blizzard addressed all the classes issues and made all of them viable in one way or another. Classic was just the beginning.
I love this expansion so much. I always get a warm fuzzy feeling inside whenever it's been a while since I played it.
I was just thinking to myself today. "Hmm, I could really use a new Madseasonshow video soon." 30 minutes later and boom. The madlad puts out a full on TBC Class guide. A gentleman, and a scholar to be sure.

MadSeason is a fantastic creator.
I really admire his video editing skills along with his great storytelling with subtle yet highly entertaining humour. I do wish sometimes that he could be more critical of some of the nuances in wow, it feels like he is trying to please as many people as possible with his narrative - say it how it is!

There’s just something so much more satisfying about the older talent trees, so much customization and way more of a sense of progression compared to retail, can’t wait for BC, already kind of fizzling out with shadowlands 😑
These old skill trees.. Felt like that every level up mattered. (Thinking back, it didn't even matter that much since most of the time you just gained like 2% more damage haha but back then that was the shit)
I started wow in tbc and my first class was a hunter. Playing classic, it was frustrating at first and the classes felt so incomplete but i did get used to it. But I'm excited that it's going to get to what I'm so nostalgic about
Thank you Mad, I'm 16 and my friend only got me into wow at the end of BFA so I've never experienced any of the other expansions on release. But I've always been interested in Classic and especially expansions released on Classic. This guide is really going to help me, although I'll probably just go with Paladin which is my main on Retail.

Chris is amazingly talented. I already own the Risk of Rain 2 album, also from Bandcamp. "Coalescence", "The Rain Formerly Known as Purple" and "con lentitud poderosa" are three of my favorite songs of his. The soundtrack is what elevates RoR2 from a "great" -> "superb" game.
