It’s an underrated game but what it needs is lore and some environmental storytelling so maps don’t feel so lifeless and I think that’s what ready or not really has over ground branch

Nice video. Now for some more fun, go play the Oil Rig map on Veteran difficulty. It's doable. That map has a ton of cover.
hey, i bought ground branch like 3 days ago, and have been loving it so far. Your content has also helped me improve, but i think if you know the basics of military then you learn quickly
High and Low ready are for arm stamina the more you have it in fire position the more it moves.
If you click R once for shotguns and the sniper it will only load 1 click R 2x fast it will fully load it.
IR Illuminator can go further if you click the same button as reticle brightness Home and End default

Another reason to use high and low ready (at least in real life). If you have to sway your gun from one side to another over a teammate, you'd want your weapon up or down. Or of your walking in let's say a collum or pile formation. (Gun safety rule: Only aim at what you're willing to kill)
another thing about the IR illuminator, you can focus the beam and than it illuminates further but narrower
I believe staying at the low or high ready it limits the sway when you aim down sights. ie being less fatigued
the high and low ready positions affect your stamina, if u keep ur weapon constantly punched out youll notice itll start to sway like a mofo
I think double click R will have him load all of the rounds.
This game is amazing!!!!! Is there a discord where you can find people to play with? Randoms are a bit crazy. Need more chill kind of people.

Just wanted to let you know that when you’re using nvgs you can lower the brightness of your red dot and it’s a bit easier to aim.

it’s not an esthetic, if you have the gun in the point ready position your arms will get tired and the weapon sway will get worse over time. so to mitigate that you go high or low ready. in addition, the heavier the weapon the faster the sway will worsen
so the different gun positions actually regen arm stamina faster than having your gun aiming at your target

I played this mission online in a public lobby and was really disappointed, seemed like most of the playerbase play like it's cod, straight up just ran in ready mode and lasered the AI down, mission was done in a few mins, no communication, no tactics, unfortunately I'm the only one that owns the game in my friend group but this was refreshing to watch
Hope you find a crew that wants the tactical realism! They are out there!

High ready and ready are not aesthetic. Ur character loses arm strength over time. Both recover arm strength. Low ready recovers the fastest but high ready gets u back on target a few m/s faster when u press the aim button.

I haven't dealt much with the public multiplayer. Just have some good buds I run with but I do plan to start playing with random to feel it out

I like the team kill aspect. Makes you more responsible for your shots. Now if your playing with randos then yeah I can see that being a problem. That may be a admin toggle? Not sure.
