Demon possession, devilish cheerleaders, and Satanic rock stars are all on the chopping block with this horror comedy from the production team behind Juno. Screenwriter Diablo Cody provides the script, with producing duties handled by Jason Reitman and Dan Dubiecki. All this did was confirm what I already suspected back even when I was 10. I don’t think that this was the demon per day as the Demon only provided Jennifer her powers and appetite. That kiss was all Jennifer and it was pretty well established that she didn’t like Chip and that her and Needy actually had mutual feelings for one another. Had Needy not been freaking out over the fires and dead people, she probably would’ve gone all the way imo. Hell that’s the main reason she went after Chip in the end and why she didn’t fight back after Needy ripped her necklace off. She was pissed that Needy was with someone that wasn’t her and she gave up in the end because she knew it was impossible now for them to be together.
