The space marine player didn't quit, they lost their last unit making building, which is the loss condition.

Haha, throughout my Soulstorm years I pretty much got used to this. But seeing it on YT in 2023 is definitely wild, and somehow it had to be SM game, lol.
Wow that was one of the craziest matches I seen. This is why I never go vechile heavy with sisters. Both played well but sucks not to see confessor action or a lot of units bring used right. Oh well
Almost every SoB game I've seen, they rush 2 Serafins and then stall for Celestine.
Normal. Try to survive T1 with standard Sisters, Missionaries or Canoness who gets destroyed at range by ranged heroes and at melee by melee heroes. You'll understand why Seraphims are preferred.

Dont understand why the sisters had such a huge float or why the SM player wasnt rebuilding more buildings with his servitors
Oh, I almost new to Dawn of War multi and this seraphine rush is pain in the ass. I were playing against probably Elise_UA and with AM rush I manage to keep him at base, but I made a lot of mistakes and lost anyway.
Assault marines (or raptors) is a terrible idea vs sisters. Yes, you may keep sera in base, but they will kill all your AM literally without any loses, so you are still constantly losing money reinforcing them. Standard TSM + FC, defensive play and slow tech up is the best.
Funny enough, as soon as SoB spoted sniper riffle mass, all he needed to do is build canoness, commander armor take 30 times less damage from scouts riffles than any other unit, she simply could outdamage all 5 squads at range or in melee
It's not as easy. True, commanders wreck snipers in any amounts. But starting from 2 sera with armory delete, you don't have money, even energy, for canoness. Furthermore, cana does beat snipers but doesn't destroy buildings or decap points, and snipers do counter other infantry units and cappers. So, overall, you still have to play a game and can't just win on the spot by making a hero.
Looks like SM lost only because underinvestment in anti vehicle units like sm with rockets and then was unable to do as much building damage as SoB units.
The sister player is well known in the community just to play lesser players. Always kicking out better players from hes games😂 Stomped him with necrons some times then he refused to play me to😂

On the soulstorm games they are unmodded (with the exception of a reshader I use to make the graphics a little prettier).
@@MrLandshark Thank you, I was in doubt maybe you skipped the mention of the mod in the title because you have been playing lot of Unification mod and Pro. I find myself also playing vanilla because Pro makes allot of changes and is not always as intuitive. Unification mod is fantastic and I sure appreciate those battlereps. I use a bigger font mod, because I am an older guy and the outdated graphics and small fonts makes it hard to read the overlays.

a bit disapointing SM player, he had the money and the workers in lategame, but was 2 slow 2 rebuild some buildings.
looks like the constantly agression was 2 stresfull 😁
Oh yeah, too much aggression can easily fatigue a player out.
