After editing for a while now, I noticed that AE tends to slow down after using tons of 4k clips (full movie file imported) with twixtor.... its almost impossible to get a preview and idk how to prevent this

My preview usually gets slowed down too, I usually put the resolution of the preview to third or quarter, and also I liked to precompose the clip before adding twixtor as well

I'm really bad at explaining things so just bear with me
Where you just adjusted the settings like frame rate etc
find speed and just click on its icon, if it turned a shade of yellow you did it right
then press U wherever the keyframe needs to go

if so you didn't download it properly, go to the files and open them up and there should be a notes with the instructions on how to download it step by step.

Select all the keyframes, then copy them by pressing "ctrl + c" once you have done that, you should be able to paste them onto the next clip by pressing "ctrl + v"
