ITN Morning News bulletin in 1989. Brenda Rowe anchors. The newscast - and the cross from Thames - has something of an urgent, rushed, late-breaking feel (which may explain the late start time and the filler music video). As a young kid when I recorded this, I remember having a sense of awe over how this bulletin played out.
