How to check relay of maruti 800 | starting problem | relay good or bad | is car relay faulty ??

- In this video you can learn how to check relay of maruti 800 if its good or bad. I have show a instant check method which can be done without any special equipment anytime anywhere.To do that all you need to do is place the relay you want to check or you think might be bad into the fuel pump relay position and then check the dashboard after turning the key to start position , as it showing the check engine light or not , if the check engine light is on then the relay is good and if the check engine light is still off then the relay is faulty .
This quick method only works if your ECU and wiring are good, if by any mean there is any issue with either one of them then you can use the old method to check the relay .
You need two pieces of wires and a multi-meter, first check the relay by supplying the battery power to it if it clicks or not, if not then replace it and if it dose then do the further testing step. This time connect the multi-meter probes to the other two terminals of relay and set the multi-meter to continuity and again give the battery power to the relay , you should get continuity after the click sound if not then the relay is faulty and if you do then the relay is good.

How confirm its the relay for pumbing?
for fuel pump relay , you can check the print on the box if its others car then this one and the car like this one which don't have any marking you need to hear the priming of pump by disconnectingand connecting the relay which the key is at ON position

In my car there are is a problem similar to this.
It doesn't show any issues when I start the engine initially. I mean without running for like half an hour.
But after heating up the engine, when I try to restart, the check engine light and the immobilizer light don't work. I can here starter motor is working but engine doesn't start. Keeping the car for some time like 15 minutes or half an hour it goes back to the normal mode which means doesn't show any problem.
The worst case is this issue appears randomly.
I suspect this is an issue with relays but don't know how to tackle it since it is random.
first of all check battery terminals for any loose connection or rust build up , if that not the case then it might be problem from relays as they might be getting bad , there is already a video on how to check relay , do that when you face the problem after engine runes and you try to restart it

In My Car From the last month I am facing weired issues:
- Fuel Tank Got Shrinked Which caused wrong fuel indication.
After installing a new Tank i am seeing whenever I open my fuel tank cap, air vacuum releases.
- Another problem is. My temperature gauge is going 1/4 only.
2 months ago I serviced this car.
Oil change, Oil Filter change, Air filter change, Installed thermostat which was not installed before,
After servicing I ran 150kms. Everything ran fine,
But now I am facing these two issue.
Steps I have taken
: Checked temperature guage by grounding it. It works fine.
So I installed new temperature sensor.
But same thing happening.
about fuel tank air vacuum you need to inspect the EVAP system , about the temperature gauge , you install a new thermostat which might be working very good and your engine is running on optimum temperature which is good , to check start the engine and don't drive and just rev the engine for a while and see if the temperature gauge rise or not , if still nothing then there might be some other issue

Temperature gauge was reaching half,
As you asking for just reving on idle. I drove it 400 kms but guage rising 25% from 0.

@@irajeshtailor check your connector for rust if its good then take a long wire and connect that to the sensor and the temp gauge (after opening the dash ) , if the temp gauge goes up to half after running the engine then its definitely problem of the wire or connector otherwise the problem must be with the gauge itself
@@SAIREPAIR sir I removed the connector, Tested the gauge by grounding it , the gauge moved all the way high.
Also cleaned the connector using petrol

sabse pehle battery check karo ki full charge hai ya nahi or battery terminals ache se lage ha or unmai koi rust to nahi agar yaha koi problem na nikle to stater motor ki wires pe voltage check karo ki key turn karne pe puri supply ati hai ya nahi, agaar ya tak sab theek hai to problem stater motor ya uske solenoid/relay mai bhi ho sakti hai
