- Here it is! My entire luxury designer handbag collection! And yes, you read that right--I learned that I actually have over 30 luxury handbags through doing this video!! Anyway, I'm so excited to finally share my handbag collection with you, and also some personal stories so you'll get to know quite a bit about me personally, too 😊 I absolutely love watching handbag collection videos (they're some of my favorite types of CZcams videos). And I know you all have been asking and waiting for this video for quite some time, so I hope it lives up to your expectations!
We'll take a look at my luxury handbags including brands like Chanel, Saint Laurent, Fendi, Gucci, Prada, Valentino, and more. I'll share stories like where I bought them, if I managed to snag one on sale, how often I wear it, overall wear and tear, and more.

I’m so very sorry to hear about your loss. Thank you for sharing your story - I have a close family member who struggles with mental illness and mental health organizations (I do a lot of volunteer work for NAMI) have been a huge resource not only for them but for the family of those suffering too. I’m so happy that you can find comfort and memories of your sister through your LV bag. Thanks again for sharing your story and beautiful collection!

Your speedy story is the same as mine. I was first shown a photo of the speedy when I was 12. It was the photo of the Audrey wearing it and it became a dream for me to own. For my 21st birthday. My mum who does not have much money and struggled to pay the bills and support us, saved up all year and bought me the speedy. This bag means the whole world to me and I still love it as much as I did when I was 12. My speedy has travelled to every country I have and I used it everyday for 7 years until I was able to start my own luxury collection and buy more bags. But if there was a fire, I would save my $800 speedy over my Chanel bags.
I'm so sorry about the loss of your sister. Mental health is something that effects so many. Ending the stigma and spreading awareness is very important.

What a kinda present from them and thank you for sharing your story! I lost my little sister to a rare form of cancer when she was 20 and she was not a handbag lover. She constantly would make fun of my love of handbags so every time I add a new bag I laugh and think she would be judging me so hard core with her sassy personality. It’s never easy to loose a sibling and I appreciate you sharing your story!

As for the rockstud. I think it's timeless. It's always depends on the person but I think the studs always work with my wardrobe even if it's been 10 years. I have a rockstud spike bag and I adore it's one of my most worn bags. I also still love my rockstud heels and still get complements when I wear them.
Also I love the breakup bags. I actually buy myself a new luxury bag every Valentine's Day because I'm single and I want to celebrate love for myself 🥰

Omg bless your heart I am so sorry you lost your sister. I just lost my step mom she was my best friend. She passed from cancer January 2021 😢. It’s so crazy because that speedy classic monogram one of my fav pics of her when we went to Disneyland when we were little she is wearing that bag in the photo. She graduated from Stanford she was my Bouji mentor! So one of the first preloved bags I want to purchase is the classic brown monogram speedy 30 or 35 because it will remind me of her and will feel like I’m carrying her with me ❤... that’s so touching we both have a beautiful memory connected to that bag. To me it’s not basic it’s Timeless! I’m hoping I can find that bag for a good price sometime soon ❤ thank you for sharing that story big hugs 🤗

I bought a few Chanel mini from the boutique before so they are all authentic but they all have quality issues. At the beginning the color was really vibrant and then after a few years, the color began to fade out despite the care I took. I got tiffany blue and peach pink in lambskin. Afterwards i began to buy more caviar to avoid color fade out issue. In the last two years, i stopped buying Chanel all together because first of the price increase and second the quality issue. No matter how much i babied the bags, they still have issues one way or another. The last Chanel bag I bought was in 2020 and it was a mini reissue in jersey.
😭 I'm so sorry you had that experience! And how frustrating too, especially because of how expensive these bags are 😔 What brands have you turned to instead now that you're not buying Chanel? I think mine are Saint Laurent and Hermes (for diff reasons, of course!)

Hallo Elisabeth! Thank you so much for the kind message 😊 I was in Stuttgart, working for one of the big German automotive companies 😉 I absolutely loved my time there, and the people too. I’d love to go back once the world opens up and visit some other cities that I didn’t get to see during my time there!
As for the contemporary bags, being totally honest I actually haven’t purchased one in… quite a few years! Maybe since 2015? But I was very spoiled before I started buying mainly luxury bags; I have a good friend in the handbag industry and used to get a lot of bags at a greatly reduced price or sometimes even for free. (Man do I miss those days!) In fact, those are mainly the contemporary bags that I’ve kept-ones that are special to me because they’re from her. (So just a handful, probably not enough for a proper video).
I do think they're a fun way to have a more trendy/non-classic style without spending so much money on a bag that won't feel as relevant in a few years. And they're also good to have because sometimes you may not want to wear a pricey bag because of weather, safety, etc. And, there are so many great new designers popping up lately that do luxury goods at different price points, and I have been wanting to branch out more… so who knows maybe I will add another to my collection in the near future!

I purchased a Chanel beige woc also from 2021 and found the bottom stitching missing a stitch. I also believe the quality has gone down, recently.

Chanel should definitely allow you to exchange it. Didn't you get a 5-year guarantee? I was under the impression that the new bags offer it. I like the 30-day return Fashionphile offers for used bags.
We share a same story! My sister and I grew up together. We were 4 years apart and she died when I was 30 years old. She collected Coach so I collected it too. She had mental health issues and refused help when she had a blood clot burst in her lungs and die. Now my other sister is homeless. It hurts.

That rubbing on the chanel mini is normal for lambskin but that looks pretty bad. How much hv you worn it? Do you you wear it with jeans a lot? That being said, Chanel quality is just ughhh these days. Thats why i havent bought a Chanel since last year.
Ughhh I’m so sad that this is the case! I do wear it a lot with jeans, so idk maybe lambskin just doesn’t work well for my lifestyle 😔 but totally agree with you on the quality-I recently went to the store and really wasn’t loving the quality I was seeing. So sad!

😭 Omg I know. I’m pretty sure I fought back a tear to hide what happened. There was a group that always made fun of me for getting dressed up and wearing heels. Usually I owned it, but in that instance I didn’t want to give them anything else to make fun of me about. How sad, right?
