- The new McLaren 765LT is finally here! and as the name would suggest it's 765hp - 800nm torque and 0-60 in 2.8 seconds from the twin turbo V8 engine. The new McLaren 765LT is the successor to the McLaren 675LT, based on the McLaren 720S but with 80kg less weight, wider track and stickier tyres, revised aerodynamics and a 20% larger rear wing - the new 765LT looks incredible! And to set it all off, for the first time the exhaust system is made entirely of titanium and the engine can be seen from inside the car via a carbon fibre port-hole in the parcel shelf...

@@roberttaylor1336 its possible they could integrate it with the doors. They could pull it back or they could make it smaller to fit between the door openings.

The styling is a bit Novitec-ish it may take me a while to take it in. Performance figures are insane though.
This is what I been saying. This LT looks way too much like an aftermarket body kit compared to previous versions. I just don't like it all that much. Perhaps in different spec.

I was thinking Mansory and Novitec immediately and I fucking hate those versions, but then.... it literally took 30 minutes to sway me😂 I like this new one and I don’t know why, cause the exhaust and rear spoiler is LITERALLY just the mansory one.

LT cars are aimed at a totally different customer base , far more track focused designed cars , more engaging to drive than other McLaren models, which are aimed as more of a daily driver, softer ride, carpets etc , yes I know not many people will daily a McLaren.
My McLaren has been 100% reliable not all costumers are having issues.

Just did a quick image search for "720S Mansory" just to see what people were complaining about. The exhausts on the 765LT look absolutely nothing like the Mansory exhausts. Mansory's are set apart, McLaren's are all together with no gap. Mansory didn't invent the quad exhaust, you know; it's been around for quite some time. As for the aero, it's bound to look similar to any aftermarket part since, well, aero is aero. I have no idea why people feel the need to nit-pick and complain about a car they will likely never see in person, let alone own.

A lot of these companies like Mansory or Novitec imagine what the “LT” version would look like before it comes out and base their body kits on that. That’s where they get inspiration from. The Aero on Novitec and Mansory Bodykits is actually functional. There’s not much more they could do.

Koenigsegg Gemera - hold my 3 cylinder!
They should have limited the hp of gemera to 1500. It's still over a megawatt of power, and with the 3 cylinder pushing only 400 hp, it wouldn't be so strung out. They don't need to worry about long term reliability though, because the cars will never be driven more than a few hundred miles; whether it is actually going to be Koenigsegg's first fully road legal car. (In the US, not including a few CCX cars.) A 2L, 3 cyl, twin-turbo engine, with 666 cc/cyl, that is pushing 20-30+ pounds of boost (based on the Jesko's 25-32 lbs depending on gas, knowing they're not afraid of pushing high boost) to get to 600 hp, will not fare well long term.
These JWW videos are so much better than most other car youtubers like Shmee. Proper videography, edit, analysis/story telling and actual effort to create a good 4k video rather than most other car youtubers who just hold a cheap recorder and talk a whole lot of trash just go gain subscribers and popularity.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but every McLaren produced since the 12C has been said to have a 0-60 of 2.8s. No idea why. MotorTrend timed the 0-60 of the 720S at just 2.5s.

Nope,this is much slower,the only things that has in common with the Senna is the monocoque(like the 720s)and the brakes,the rest is different
@@adriigonzaalez1788 it really is an affordable senna though, as it has more down force and airflow control than the base 720, but isnt nearly as expensive. Of course the senna is even more extreme, which is why it's much more expensive.

Yeah Jose’ some reports of 2.8 Consistently and it’s not the top-of-the-line Vette yet. Much more attainable for the average “Joe”! I do like this new LT, but in the future a lot of these specialty car companies will have to deal with pricing being in some cases 10 times more expensive then cars like the Corvette for similar performance!
Corvette maybe a really really fast car in the coming future. But i don't think so it can compete with the 765lt, heck even the 720s is undefeatable.
Muhammad Ali I don’t think anyone is denying the merits of 720 or the new LT a badass car, no question, what people must understand if you are reaching more people to experience the high level of performance such as the (Corvette) and others for a much much lower price point, you will lose some potential customer, not everyone who has tons money will just buy something that’s hundred times the price for similar performance and thrill, in the end it’s about the thrill for a good price , unless you are just a collector or just a diehard fan, then that’s another topic!
