do you think the different hero talents will run different weapon variations?
Example, Deathbringer 2h, Rider DW?
If thay were to change any core skils what woude it imo i dont like useing the thing that adds thay take more frost dmg

Rider of the Apocalypse being better for BoS is pretty disappointing. I'm kind of done with playing BoS being that I do a lot of mythic+.
We havent played bos in m+ for 2 years when this will comes out

I mainly play raids, and I also dislike playing BoS. Was hoping I could do a whole expansion not switching between Frost and Unholy, but let's see...
yeh BoS needs some QoL
I wouldn't worry too much about how things work now because I'm sure they'll be touching up all the dk specs at some point, similar to what the did with Monk and warrior
I think the weird wording on reaper's mark is to ensure it doesn't get wasted by a mob dying before it pops. A) it bounces, or B) it pops the single target in execute range. There's still a gap where mobs are nearby when the target hits 35%, but the mobs die before your target. Sounds rare.
The 3 minute CD on the single target will probably suck in some M+ dungeons. Imagine the last pull before a boss has two mobs. You mark one, the other mob dies first, your mark executes, now it can't execute on the boss.
do you think DW or 2h frost will be better with the hero talents
Does the synergy with dark talons making BoS due shadowfrost damage work well with the talent that doubles the marks based on shadowfrost damage and crits allowing for rapid stacking and detonating?
Yes but its not really needed, it stacks up and exploded really quickly anyway
@Bicepspump ok cool, but isn't it a good thing if you talent into the talent that makes it detonate at a higher stacks Making that easier as well as help you summon more weapons? They playstyle seems to be apply reapers mark then spread and detonate them as fast as you can for maximum output because everything revolves around the mark right? I mean sure it's not needed but how is the burst and damage when played correctly and is it fun to see how many weapons you can summon or are we capped at 2?
I wish they change mini dragons on pillar to how that choreghast dragon power worked, simply breathing on the targets in front and not pulling half of the dungeon...

Does On Paler Horse offer any movement bonus while in combat? Or is it just for show to be on your mount? I was a bit confused when you said you couldn't trial it? Why?
Probably just bugged or not yet implemented. I imagine it'll work like pally charger though
Does this confirm they're not doing any more reworks for Frost DK before TWW?
I hope they do more stuff!
Alpha just released. Reworks are common during this stage of testing and they didnt get a rework in DF, so I'd say it's likely.

They have said that frost dk will receive a rework in tww. Just not the first patch. So probably mid to end expac

Yes, did said that. Hopefully we'll see what they mean soon!
Pretty sure they just said there will be changes to improve DnD.
One of the 4 horseman that spawns has dnd aura with him. Your own still stays in one spot you drop it I believe

Man every one is getting talents rework, if they dont do the same for frost i will rage quit
When i saw the WW hero talents, i want to be Frost-Blood, but when i saw what the talents hold, i got the idea that Frost-UH will be op, since it gets very good utility kit, and also it summons horsemans, and it can also mount you while in combat in order to avoid massive dmg, or close the gap if someone runs away... The blizz morons need to bring back the DK presences ASAP, and fix DS healing, at least to BFA 8.2 as with transfusion it did work very nice..
Tho i want to see pvp as Frost DK, so i can know how garbage the spec will be as usual... As the glory days of MOP/ WOD/ Legion are long gone..
I feel the same way, I don't mind playing unholy but what made me want to play dk was the concept of frost DK back then. It's so linear now and feels bad in pvp/boring in pve
@@misos2290 What piss me even more is the fact that UH is pet specs, and there was never build that to make UH dot based like assasin, but with undead minions for support that attack the target of the DK, and i dont bother with their stamina and crap, but keep my eyes on the enemy... That is another pain i have about my favorite class.. Also the lost Blood DK dps spec... UH on paper sounds amazing, but fk do the gameplay feel like shitty warlock or hunter.. Also the spec has slow burst that ramp up meanwhile, ret GAEladins just pop chicken wings and gg they get burst on demand.. I really want the WOD version of the class, and specially Ftost... Back then DKs had pressences, necrotic strike, working and healing DS, high base dmg, and good burst, AMS did last forever, now it pops on 2,3 sec max... WOD was the last time DKs had everything, as in Legion we lost ton of spells, got limited healing, but at least the dmg was very good... These days this class is just a joke...
I still really hope for a rework for Frost DK in TWW, but looking at Deathbringer for Obliteration, i can't just not get excited. This extra button with this nice of an effect and even Execute Potential is just what we need. Now a rework of Frost to round out its massive Edges will make it the spec i always dreamed to play

I just want my chunky feeling good oblit hits back with a 2h. Not these tickle feeling hits repeatedly even with PoF up. No, I do not want to play BoS. I want Frost DK to feel like it did originally.

@@tony9099 It'd be much more plausible and realistic if they did that, instead of making Obliterate's AoE effect be around Remorseless Winter (I wish)
@@polybius9089 "plausible and realistic" they can do whatever they want, they are both equally realistic. It would be extremely simple for a programmer to just remove DnD from Frost and add an extra condition to Remorseless Winter that makes Obliterate cleave. It would take literally 5mins of time, just gotta hope the designers realize nobody enjoys DnD and makes them do it.

Regarding Reapers Mark - It pisses me kinda off, that we'll receive ANOTHER CD ?! - Like we got already 4 - with long and shorts CD time. But tbh - another one ? I'd prefer they'd rework the other shit.. Can see it already to have 5 global cooldowns to start playing after using my CDs... and you have to fight for a raid spot with braindead retri you will just pump..
Dear blizzard please stop with breath of sindragosa its time to move on you can just buff the other 2 frost dk dots.
ONLY PROBLEM with frost dk right now is the wow head guide for frost dk is wrong as fduk if you make your own spec u can do more dps
Quite disappointed overall in the visuals of both hero specs. Initially excited for riders of the apocalypse but all horseman just passively stack on each others looking clunky af. Death bringer visuals just barely even notice you are doing anything different. Some classes seem have have cool things like mages spawning phoenix whose bursting fire everywhere erc
Yup. DK once again has the most dated and unimpressive visuals. Gotta love it.
please mr pump help us dk mains to fully remove esp oblits players to remove death and decay

Yeah is so bad its depressing... I dropped at SL at some point, as i got so mad, at how garbage the whole class is at PVP i cant gut anymore this crap, and be free kill for many, as the class is so bad. Frost DK specially has been weak after MOP/ WOD, and was fine in Legion, but after that since BFA the spec is total dumpster.. Not to mention the class lost so many, like the presences, god damn do we need these back in order to shift on UH for attack, and shift to Blood for difficult moments. Frost also lost necrotic strike, so it cant perform as well as UH does (tho UH also lost that spell, and now has some garbage that barely absorb much).. Meanwhile garbage GAEladins run wild with tons of broken dmg, deff spells ect... Tho i did punish them all back in WOD, where they was weak, and killed every single one of them with ease... But these days sadly only the hardcore fans of DK do play this hot flaming shit in pvp, and boy do we suffer...
The new talents look nice but are underwhelming. This makes the game less fun to play.

@@papa_kez6602 In the end it wont matter, since the core of the DK as a class is rotten, broken, and it is so weak is pathetic... Unless the blizzard tards as bare minimum fix back DS healing, fix mostly Frost dmg to be like what it was in MOP/ WOD/ Legion. Bring back presences, and bring back necrotic strike, we will be doomed as a class...
@@themobster7284 and remove stupid ass DND from Frost and buff Howling Blast / Remorseless Winter to do actual damage like MoP / WoD / Legion. God, it's so stupid that we have to place DnD and spam Obliterate to do any cleave or AoE. Ret paladins don't have to place Consecration before they can do AoE, they just press Divine Storm 50x in a row and top the meters. No other class has this stupid issue.
Thess hero classes are so boring lol 😂😂
