【Matsutake, Chanterelle and Boletes】Oregon Matsutake foraging and luxury Surf&Turf dinner!

When the precious Matsutake starts to pop up in the national forests in north Oregon, my local friend call me up immediately and I am heading up north for them! Bringing my seafood collections from California, we are having a true luxury "Surf meets the turf" !
In this video I am also sharing my experience of car camping with a Toyota Prius hybrid. Super gas economic with an all-flat backseat after laying down and a lot of inner space, Prius is definitely the best vehicle for long distance fishing and hunting. You don't need those super cool looking camping trucks, RVs and trailers to make your trip fun!!
