PSA: juicers don't remove the "bad stuff." They just take out the fiber. That concentrates the nutrients BUT it also concentrate the sugars. And without the fiber, it's not nearly as filling, so it's easier to overconsume calories
Who cares about "overconsuming" calories? We're Americans
Ya know, the sight of the 'juicy snacks' having literally near nothing in any liquid to be removed... says ALOT about our processed snacks

For the gushers, there's not much of a liquid center when you actually cut it open, sure, but the liquid also already has thickeners in it and then it is being smeared all over the machine and the gummy exterior, making it look like there's even less filling than there is

It's a tad bit of an oversimplification.
There is a diet that states pushing your food through a juicer and drinking your lunch makes it easy for your body to absorb your food. It also says cooking your food makes it safe to eat but also rids it of all the nutrients.
The bad in this case is stuff they claim is hard to digest. Like palp.
It's a diet made to sell juicers and it works because you're eating less. I was on it briefly for medical reasons. Doctors tried to pinpoint what enzymes I have and what I'm missing.

Juicers don't separate the bad from the good. They actually take the natural healthy fiber out of food. So, the juice is less good for you. Destroying the juicer was probably the healthiest choice you made.

@@Apollo55_ It's 28 people at this time and it's a well established fact among nutritionists. Juice is just high calorie koolaid next to whole vegetables and fruits. Even pediatricians warn parents not to give kids a lot of fruit juice because it rots their teeth.
