Tysm for doing this vid! I am not good with putting things together following just a diagram with no step by step instuctions, but you made it so easy! I followed your instructions and paused several times to complete each part and had it together so quickly that I impressed myself! My only issue was the metal piece on one end of the hammock kept falling out of the inside of the loop, but I finally worked it out. Now that it's together, I layed down in it but my bottom was almost touching the crossbar. I tried to change the height adjustment but I found that the loops would only go over and hook on the 2nd hole down. It just wouldn't reach over to go past that mark, however that's all I n needed for perfect comfort! Again, thank you so very much! You're awesome! And your daughter is a sweetie pie!!!

I got the same hammock, and I am using 3rd hole as well, but the bed and string are too short to reach the hook. anyone got the problem ?
You probably hooked it incorrectly.
